Company ignores your texts after not showing up to their appointment. Don't waste your time

This company overcharged me, left me hanging for months at a time and did a job that was in no way professional. I had to hire another company to finish the work they started. If there were a law against incompetence they would have a life sentence if not the electric chair.

I'm very happy with the job they did. The crew was very professional and clean. Made a big difference in my backyard and now we can appreciate going back there. I recommend Bellas.

Had scheduled an appointment, but no one showed up, nor did I receive a phone call. Tried to call the same number that I called to make the appointment, only to get no answer and a message that the inbox could not take messages. Disappointed.

UPDATE : Received a text the next day. They apologized for not contacting me. Rescheduled for today. Will update again based on outcome. Thank you for reaching out.

Was referred to "Maria" and after a call she mentioned she could come by on Friday or Monday. Friday passed and come Monday when I still had not heard back I texted and she confirmed for Tuesday at 11 instead because she had been too busy. Tuesday at 11 came and when I asked where she was, no response. Seems to be a common problem with this "profession" given there are no real consequences for unresponsiveness and not respecting ones time. There's always a customer out there so who cares if we waste some people's time.

In case someone from the company chooses to respond with some BS "we're just so busy right now" excuse, here's a simple solution: when a customer reaches out, be up front and tell them you have no time until X month to quote them or work on their project, rather than waste their time.

Ok so, I have mixed feelings leaving this review because there are certain aspects where I am really satisfied with the service and others where I'm not so satisfied and almost frustrated. The part that I'm most frustrated with is the response and customer service. I understand that they are very busy and have other customers but as a paying customer I'm expecting them to dedicate time to ensure everything is getting done accordingly. During the time they were working on my yard (and after I had already paid) there were several occassions when I was told someone would be here to complete some work. Because i have a dog I'd request days off from work or work from home so I could keep my dog inside and then no one would show up. Absolutely no respect for other peoples time which was/is very frustrating. In addition to that, I had my concrete stained (among other things) but the stain has chipped and gotten really bad, I've called to have someone come look at it and I'm told someone will come take a look (again they specify the day) I stay home from work to make sure I'm here when they come and no one shows up, no phone call no nothing. Besides the concrete stain everything else has been great and looks great but for the money I paid I would have easily gone elsewhere to someone who follows through and has more respect for other peoples time.

By far the best Landscaping company in El Paso. They were on time every day and worked hard all day. Maria was amazing. She answered all my calls and text messages and helped us create our dream backyard. I could not be more satisfied with the way my backyard came out. Dont waist your time looking at other landscaping companies. Bellas is the best.

Online portfolio is nice. Howere, we requested estimate and its been over a month to get someone to provide the cost we would have to pay after they came to get measurements. Was told on several occassions that we would be provided the details, but it never happened. We were so anxious to work with them because of their online images. Disappointed in customer service. To bad we will never get to share or refer their work with our new homeowner friends

Their service is great. If you call for a quote and they dont get back to you right away, you have to understand that they are really busy. I have seen some of their work in my neighborhood, and would gladly recommend them to anyone else looking for landscapers. I will do an updated review once I have pictures of my back yard completed. I will say this, be ready to pay, but that's ONLY bc you GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

Maria has an awesome vision on how to transform your backyard with her creativity and experience. My wife was extremely happy and now I can enjoy my Sundays with some Backyard BBQ and friends.

This company came highly recommended and did not come through for us. She stated that we didn't confirm. I sent her back a screenshot on our conversation. So I called her and she told me she was gonna get with her guys. This was at 8 am. I texted and called he about 12. She would not answer and texted back saying I'm call you in 10 minutes.
Our neighbors even took the day off so that they could work through their yard. So yes I was very upset with this company.

It makes me quite sad to leave a poor review. I hired Ramon and Maria in April of this year. The majority of the work was completed by June. The work was guaranteed. The irrigation system is no longer working properly and the sod that was guaranteed needs to be replaced. The majority of their work is with a local builder so this is their bread and butter. Private homes is a side consideration for them it seems. I am on the far west side and most of their work is on the far east side. It was always very difficult to get the crew over to my side to get things done. The overall process was long and tiresome. Communication is a HUGE problem for both Maria and Ramon. They are poor managers of their time. I would not recommend them for any landscaping work.

Made appointments twice and they never showed up.

I called Ramon 3 weeks ago and he said that he was going to be at my residence that week he seem to remember who I was but never showed up. Then I called again a week latter and spoke to Maria and even send her a text with my address and phone number. She said that she was going to be at my house the following day and even called her the day of the appointment and she said that Ramon was going to show up at 6:00 pm since the appointment was scheduled at 5:30pm and again no one showed up.

Maria was super professional and always made sure I was happy from start to finish of the project. They did my front and backyard. 10/10 .

I tried to be, but was not an easy customer. I had additional fixes needed around my home and yard. They were able to work with my crazy schedule and are very polite and professional.

They laid gravel, made drywall/pain repairs, and removed a ton of trash and overgrowth for my home and leveled the dirt afterward.

I would recommend for any of the landscape needs I mentioned above. Thank you, M! :)

Just to warn our community about this company. I’m very dissatisfied with their customer service and lack of professionalism. Since the beginning we had to constantly calling the company to finish the work. They promised to finish the landscaping within a week but they didn’t this is why we had to call them. They finally finished the work after 3 weeks. After 8-7 months I noticed the paint was completely off, I call the owner and she tells me the rain and sunlight deteriorates the paint leaving it kind of pale. Something I completely understands but not the point that the paint will
Come off completely, then she tells me that the paint needs maintenance every 4 months, soemthing that I was never told but ok. I just tell the owner that I’m very unsatisfied with the service due to not being trasperent and she goes off telling me that I want “free stuff” that that is why I’m contacting her that she actually gave us free extra rocks and steps which is not true everything on my landscaping I paid for. Plus she tells me that if it was my husband the one that would’ve contact her in the first place the story would’ve been totally different and she would probably worked something out. For me it’s the lack of customer service and lack of professionalism from the “owner”.

Bella’s Landscaping did an Amazing job on our backyard! They helped bring our vision to life and gave us a beautiful backyard! This is the 2nd time we used Bella’s and they did not disappoint once again! We appreciated their timeliness, their communication and their willingness to help with every detail. We have recommended them to many of our friends and family. We look forward to having a few more projects done through Bella’s Landscaping!!
