The day she said she will come, she did not came. I know the landscaping was provided by the company but I would assume we are still customers. Definitely do not know what customers service is. I asked about a cracked done in our driveway, right away said it was not us, I never accused I guess she gave her self out.at the end we were given three options I choosed one but was not able to get it. Since she never came to get a quote she found out the land was bigger then what she thought . Never talk in a way to give options just said she will loose money if she puts the two palms and the bushes as in the pictures. Should have never followed the recommendation of the company or I should have check the reviews before calling, that is on me. ***update and answering to below comment: I see the many pictures send, and not sure at what moment we said we loved it. Who ever knows Spanish can see how nicely she tried to figure out what happen. We did not wanted to keep arguing on something we know we can't win as we do not took a video. We just wanted to make sure people knew before hiring her,what service they might get, and the lies in your replies in this reviews. Just come and pick up your stuff left since last week.

I want to first start off by saying WOW!!!! They exceeded our expectations when it came to doing our backyard. I knew it was going to come out great but man it came out beautiful. Maria is very attentive and is very honest when it comes to her business. From the time they started they let us know when and what was taking place! I highly recommend them and can’t wait to do some more work with them in the future. I really appreciate Bella Landscaping!

The worked looked good but two weeks later the grass started growing through the artificial turf. Built a beautiful firepit but never came back to seal it. Landscaping flowers died and could not be replaced because the owner was always nonresponsive. It's been a year and I've called way too many times and left messages for Bella but no response as of today. I would not use this company again.

We waited and called for hours in the day of the appointment and no show. The next day Maria said she'd call and she never did. I have text message evidence. On Thursday she showed up at my home with material. She took it upon herself to choose the style she didn't give us options to choose from.
Absolutely pathetic. Do not recommend.

Nice response. Jesse is not mu husbands name. We never chose anything. Yiu are "fabricating" this. We have screenshots. Why would he ask his mom for approval 😂😂 You are not landscaping because we threatened to sue you for returning to our property that you took upon yourself to show up on. Funny how my review is not the first of its kind?

Maybe you should be quick to answer your phone calls and schedule your appointments as fast as you respond to google reviews.

Bella's Landscaping is absolutely FABULOUS!!! Working with Maria on creating my dream backyard and then making it a reality was such an exciting journey from begging to end. Maria was a pleasure to work with, very patient, trusting and positive. Maria was very attentive, always kept in constant communication with me and encouraged me to ask any questions I may have had throughout the entire process. This entire team is professional, respectful and take pride in their work. Maria created our backyard resort for us to make beautiful memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. I recently had my front and backyard done. Ramon and Maria were so wonderful walking me through the process and explaining everything. I really felt like I was being listened to because everything I wanted, they made sure it was done. I will be recommending them to anyone that is thinking about redoing their landscaping.

I was given your companies information for work but after reading your reviews. I would rather go with someone else. I read the reviews and some of your responses, especially one where you named an employee. I must say it was very unprofessional. In no way should you steep to a level where you would publicly humiliate an employee no matter what. I'm not sure how you keep anyone working for you. I am not defending the person in question, but I believe that is defamation of character and you should be more professional and have more tact as a business owner. I am glad for honest reviews and I would not hire a company who conducts themselves in this manner.

Hired Bella’s to concrete and install turf in our backyard. They didn't clean up concrete splashing and never came back to seal the concrete after we paid in full. We tried for several weeks to contact Maria. She made several promises that she would come back to finish the job but then stopped responding to text and phone calls. We were very disappointed and do not recommend this contractor.

We just purchased our new home here in Texas.

They did an amazing job! We are so happy with our backyard. The crew was amazing and efficient!! Maria was our point of contact and she gave us some advise on the backyard. Which we took and we don’t regret it.

They also cleaned up our front yard after they finished the backyard project and our neighbors yard as well.

Closed on my home over a year ago, and hired them to do the landscape on my front yard. Two months into completion I followed up on a missing service that was pending, was given unnecessary attitude from the lady, stating that when the weather was right she would finish the job. I guess the weather hasn’t been right for over a year now since it never got done.

This is the second time we hire Bella's Landscaping. Very happy with the results both times. Crew were on time and very professional. Price given was very reasonable. Would definitely hire again.

The female is unprofessional and the way she talks to people and treats her workers and her husband just there letting her ruin his reputation on the company they have together. Money does change people. Stay humble I don’t recommend anyone I mean see the reviews I’m not the only one saying this. And if you’re reading this comeback soon to see her reply so you can see for yourself.

I just wanted to drop a quick review for Bella’s landscaping and appreciate their work, I looked through so many companies and none of them promised me what I was looking for, Maria gave me great ideas, worked with my inspiration and it ended up being beyond of what I expected, right after we spoke and I agreed to hiring them, they started the very next day and worked long hours to get me my front landscape for my thanksgiving party! I would highly recommend them in a blink of an eye and I can’t wait for them to start on my backyard!!

Maria caught the vision that I dreamt of for my backyard and made it a reality! She was responsive and patient, answering questions for 6 months as I saved and planned. When the project started, it was finished in 3.5 days and looks incredible! The crew was hardworking and respectful and cleaned up well daily before leaving. Maria was in constant communication and worked with me to finalize details. I got several quotes and feel like I hit the jackpot… affordable and high quality. And it was a no stress build! Purchased a new construction home with absolutely NO life in the front and back yards. Called Bella’s Landscaping and spoke with Maria, who we met with in person and took ideas down of what we wanted and was able to take measurements and send us an estimate that same evening. After closing on our home, we called her to start the work. Her crew arrived on a Tuesday and were done by Saturday, including 2 days for the concrete to dry. After the hanging of the outdoor lighting, my wife and I just stood outside to praise the work done. Our kids are so excited to be able to play and run around in such a safe and beautiful yard. Maria was very attentive, professional, and open to our ideas and concerns if any. I will definitely be calling her again for more work and referring Bellas Landscaping to all my contacts.

Beautiful work and amazing quality of turf and plants! Maria was the main point of contact for this business and we would also be able to speak to some of her employees who were doing the landscaping. We just purchased this newly built house and were able to select the type of front yard landscaping Bella’s offered. Then on top of that, we were offered an incredible quote for the backyard. Everything came out so perfect! Our dogs are especially happy with the backyard for their running and playing!

We specifically also asked for an extra little cement side walk for the trash bin and they gave us a fair price for that as well. They have a great eye for color coordination which is great because it really matched our house colors! They will also add an automatic watering system so you never have to worry about keeping your plants watered. The control panel also has different options to fit all your water bill needs. They will also advise how to keep your turf as clean as possible and contact them 2 weeks prior to every 6 months for maintenance. If you maintain your turf well with leaf blowing the sand and cleaning with the hose, you can be charged only $250 for maintenance versus $750. Definitely great advice from Maria!

Highly recommend Bellas Landscaping! My husband and I bought a new house, they were able to do front and back-landscaping for a very good price. They started on a Tuesday and finished that Saturday. They are very fast, and we loved how it turned out! 10/10.
