The employees from this company just blow the leaves onto the street, which then blow onto the surrounding properties and leave a mess for the rest of us to clean up.

This company has been a nightmare to deal with:
1. They don't answer their phones during business hours
2. They don't return calls when you leave a message
3. They charge you incorrectly...they still owe me $98.....can't get it.....charging me for days they do not perform services.

TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH...

Worker was using the trimmer next to the road On Boaz near Boat Club in NW Fort Worth and debris hit my vehicle twice before he finally stopped and moved to a new location. I’ll have to inspect for damage to my vehicle.

OK for general maintenance probably ok, but we needed some major landscaping work. We met with them had a written estimate of work.
Had a tree pulled and wanted sod put over. Both were written on the estimate, the main guy that came out argued that the sod was not part of the estimate even though written on the sheet right next to pull tree, not willing to be reasonable. Worked it out with main boss but should not have been this much hassle. They were to remove all weeds and level back yard. Had weeds sprouting 3 days after they were done and found they had just "Leveled" the dirt over weed/grass patches, which had not been removed.
Bottom line they were not good with the details.

Red truck with trailer with the tag starting with 308 failed to stop at the stop sign on Harmon Rd and Heritage Trace correctly causing me to SLAM on my breaks to avoid Tboning him. Have people behind the wheel that knows how to drive to avoid causing a wreck.

We have had lawn care from Abescape for 2 years. The service is the best. They ensure the work is complete and up to the customer expectation. Good prices. I highly recommend them!

I left a dozen voicemails trying to cancel, yet not one call was made back to me and they still sent their workers to our house. I got through one time and was put on hold mid sentence and no-one ever picked up. The actual workers were good but I would not recommend because of their management.

Abraham answered my call quickly when I had a leak in my irrigation system. They came out and fixed it in a timely manner and the cost was fair. He came out and fixed another leak that was not related to the initial one free of charge. They also repaired a rock wall and rod iron that the city trash truck damaged in my front yard.
Every time Abraham or his crew members have come out to perform maintenance on my sprinklers, they have taken the time to explain how the system works and how and what exactly they are doing. I ask alot of questions and they have been more than patient with me. I highly recommend them to anyone considering new landscaping or maintenance.

The worst company ever ! Fernando and his crew cracked my window using a weed eater at the red light ! He told me they would get it fixed , he told me he would give me a call back never did & , has now stopped answering the phone and is constantly forwarding my calls ! I will be getting Police involved!

Had a hand-shake contract with this company for a commerical contract... after submitting their data to the client, they tried to squeeze for more money before they would sign the official contract. Found another subcontractor to complete the work that honored their original price. Will never do business with this company again...

A verbal contract between myself and Abescape was based on a biweekly service. This lasted for two services. After that I did not hear from this company for over a month. I finally called Abe and left a message questioning the lack of professionalism from this company. I received a call back shortly thereafter indicating a crew would be at my residence the following day, but not before I'm told they have too many problems keeping men on hand for the work. This has been an ongoing excuse for this company. In any case, the following day came and went and no one came, no one called. I am thoroughly disappointed with this company because I really had high hopes in the beginning. Now I'm trying to decide if two stars is too generous. Ratings change--we'll see what happens.

Beautiful landscaping has just been completed on the front of our home! We are extremely pleased with all of the work. Estimates and contracts were provided and suggestions for the plan were excellent. The crew was amazing! They were always professional and willing to help if we had a question or concern about the work. They worked very hard to assure the job was well done and always cleaned up area at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this company!

This company was hired by the city of Austin for maintenance along Menchaca Road, but weed-whacked landscaping on my personal property in the process. I reached out to manager Armando Garza who promised to follow up on reparations, but he failed to live up to his promise.

#1 landscaping in Texas. Fast, reliable, professional, and well recommended by lots of people. The Abescape team is the best when it comes to getting the job done.

The initial service was great. He came by, and cleared out some overgrown weeds on our easement and hauled some yard waste as agreed upon. We then scheduled regular maintenance, and he was a no-call-no-show. I've tried contacting a few times with no luck.

Mr. Astorga did an amazing job on both my front and backyard landscaping. From start to finish, he was punctual, efficient, and extremely professional. His attention to detail and quality of work truly brought my vision to life. I am more than happy with my mini oasis and would gladly recommend him to anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space.
