As long as one takes their water bill and photo ID there is no problem taking a wide range of junk minus electric components which go to another facility. Friendly folks, in and out and best of all it’s free of charge!

First, a man that works there yelled at me for not stopping. It was my first time there and I saw a truck in front of me not stop and just go into throw his trash. I told him that and he didn't say anything about that. Just because he works with thrash doesn't mean he has to act like trash.

Easy place to come and dump bulk items like furniture, toys, household appliances and electronics. They ask for ID and El Paso bill to verify that you’re an El Paso citizen. We were military so all we had to show was military ID.

Military families - Came here to try to dump some furniture before we move, and was told my husband had to be with me and show his military ID to throw it away, even though I have my dependent ID. I’m not sure what difference it makes whether it’s me or him that dumps it. I went to the Eastside location instead and they let me in no problem.

The staff is helpful and the process is always quick and easy. Make sure to research what’s accepted beforehand to avoid any issues.

It's not even 4 and they are close. I asked if I could be the last one since it technically wasn't 4 yet and he said to go back tomorrow! They are always rude if they don't like their job they should look for something else.

They don't take military ID they use to look like military is not welcomed

I’ve been using them for years. Gotta bring a water bill to dump there, I used to come in with just my military ID but somehow they stopped doing that. Still a good spot to dump all your extra junk and appliances and oil as well

Didn't really clean as they said they would and it was expensive

They did deep cleaning in my house and did a fantastic job.

I love their work they are the best at what they do, they are very friendly people apart that very profecionalds.

Post move out clean. They communicated well and did such a good job I was able to get my full deposit back.

Did not return my call or completed carpet cleaning service that was promised. Did not get a cent back. Very deceptive company.

They didn’t complete a lot of things and left several times during cleaning. When I messaged the person I had been communicating with they stopped responding.

I was very satisfied with the service and help this ladies provided through this company. My house was a mess after an unfortunate party and after they finished I couldn’t say that a party ever happened at my place.

Excellent work house was clean in a timely fashion and the team was very professional. Will definitely use them again in the future

I have used these type of services beore so I wasn't expecting a lot, in fact I thought we would be disappointed. But damn they did a great job, above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this company.
