I paid a lot for a move out cleans and shampooing of one bedroom carpet. The woman who did the tile floors and the kitchen n bathrooms did a good job. But the people who came to vacuum did not a good job at all and they didn't even shampoo. And now they won't answer or return my phone calls. Very unprofessional

This company is still in business and I’m not entirely sure how. We are a military family and we just moved from the area to our next duty station so we had our realtor arrange the final clean out of our house before it sells.

1st strike: the company never contacted me with a price quote prior to starting work. I expect a company to give me a ballpark number as that has always been my experience. While on the road and receiving a phone call demanding money with no prior contact, our guard was up and they immediately came across as a scam at that point.

2nd strike: the first point of contact i had with them was at 8 pm as they called me back to back and then proceeded to block text me demanding payment without any introduction. They also called my husband, both of us were in the middle of driving across the country so I requested an invoice to be sent to my email and that we would pay at our earliest ability to do so.

3rd strike: they proceeded to call me repeatedly again at 8:45pm, again, demanding payment. We were driving still. Their invoice consisted of 2 prices, one for cleaning and one for landscaping. Zero images of what work was completed.

4th strike: we contacted our realtor and had her take over communication for the time being as we were still driving. She requested photos of work completed and they sent them to her and myself of the exterior of the home with the promise of interior pictures the next day. THEY THEN ENTERED MY HOME AFTER 9PM WITHOUT PERMISSION and began sending numerous images of the interior. They’re lucky we did not call the police and report them for trespassing. I instructed them to remove themselves from my property immediately and cease the harassment as it was now 10 pm MST. Their response was to ask what the problem was and that there was no harassment and they didn’t understand why we were upset.

I have NEVER been so appalled in my life and experienced such a lack of professionalism. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Professional cleaning advertising top to bottom complete clean on website. First of all the booking agent didn’t not provide a list of the services included for the price. I was quoted $149 for 2bed 1bath basic clean w/detailing of kitchen & restroom. The service:
30 min late. 1 hour spent in small restroom still missed details of toilet. The kitchen: Inside stove wasn’t done. Freezer wasn’t detailed. Cabinets. Countertops. Window pane not cleaned. Person Had to be reminded of sweep & mop that was included in basic clean.she was not even asked to do the bedrooms! It Took four hours & ultimately person only cleaned a small size restroom, the stove top & refrigerator in the kitchen, swept & mopped, dusted some stuff. Definitely DO NOT recommend sparklean maids.
They are false advertising professional cleaning & their version of detailed is not detailed because they don’t provide a list of what they will clean. So not accountable.
Fraudulent activity because they make you pay first and the cleaner stalls until you pay then leaves without the cleaning service they promised.

This is the worst cleaning company I’ve ever hired. They showed up late and then the day they were supposed to complete the service Pete called and said his card machine didn’t work. He also originally quoted be 249 and the day of the service he claimed I miss understood him and he quoted me 299. This company is a scam, please don’t book them.

They did a terrible job on my move out cleaning. They skipped a lot of the things they were supposed to clean. I called the owner to let him know that wasn’t acceptable and he accused me of not wanting to pay.

They have no standards on cleaning.

I called them early Saturday they said open at 9am, out of the other 4 that I had called and said they also opened at 9am this place was the only one that answered. Also they were able to go on the same day. They know how lock boxes work so i can generate them a 1 day code for them to clean. They took what was left behind from the tenant which was some cleaning supplies nothing big but they did take it which made my job easier. They also do carpet cleaning which i didn't know but they called me to ask me if i wanted that done. Ofcourse I said yes. They are quick and was happy with the job done.

They actually showed up on time for my cleaning, rare for El Paso area! I was very pleased. The ladies were polite and professional. They swept and cleaned my back patio, that was unexpected and nice. They did a good job of cleaning throughout the house. I would have liked to have the floors done a little better. The tile floors were left feeling soapy had streaks. There were areas of the carpets that were missed with the vacuum.
Overall, I was very pleased. I will use them again.

Like others, wish I could give negative stars.

On Monday, my wife booked a cleaning for Thursday. She called back about 30 min later to cancel. They had already billed credit card for $248. They refused to refund. Management (Pete) stated that they do not provide refunds according to their policy. Didn’t matter that services weren’t completed and were not going to be done. No contract was signed, nor was their “policy” mentioned to my wife.

I called on Tuesday, they took down my information and issue stating they will speak to management and call me back. They never did. I scrubbed through their website and no evidence of their no refund policy. In fact, their website only had glowing statements regarding their professionalism.

I called a different number today (Wednesday). No answer so I left a message requesting a refund or that I’d have to get police involved if it came to that...was called back immediately by someone who said they were a manager but would not give me their name after asking several times. They told me it was already discussed with my wife that they will not give a refund and they were not going to discuss it with me. I confronted them on the lack of policy anywhere (took pictures of their website in case they try to change it later) they kept saying it doesn’t matter. I asked if pursuing a lawsuit was worth it and they said what was done is done and to start a lawsuit if I wanted. I asked them if they didn’t care how bad their google reviews are and that this is obviously not the first time they do something like this and they hung up on me.

My wife called our credit card company once transaction cleared and now they are beginning an investigation.

No professionalism. So shady. No customer service skills. Must be starving for business if refuse to refund...obviously for a reason.

May still file a police report.

Valerie helped me with my service and I was very pleased with my initial deep clean. I came home to a spotless house! Easy to communicate with and work scheduling, would definitely recommend their business.

Professional and courteous, very easy to work with. They performed a move-out cleaning of my apartment and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service. Highly recommend.

I needed cleaning for the home that I just moved out of in order to put it up for sale. They were available with only two days notice. They also were able to, on the fly, clean my oven and refrigerator (for a low priced added cost of course). The house smells and looks amazing!

I used these guys for a move out clean up of my 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with pet hair. They did amazing. Left it better than we found it. Took them about 4 hours. Great service.

Contacted TCS to clean my town home when I moved out. Excellent customer service, great cleaning job & offered a military discount. No complaints whatsoever. Would recommend and will likely use again in the future.

Despite being a little late, the team showed up ready to work. They were polite, professional, and thorough. I received 2 phone calls to ensure I was happy with the service. Looking forward to my bi-weekly cleanings.

Starting with the basics; they were on-time, professional, and made clear their services. There were no surprises. We have a fairly large house. After cleaning all day a couple of spots were missed. These were quickly corrected without complaint. Great job all the way around.

TCS did a move out cleaning for the three bedroom house I rented. They took care of everything, including steam cleaning the carpets. Their customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Hired company for a residential move out cleaning. Overall satisfactory. I asked for deep clean on my tile floors and they delivered! However, some smaller items were missed...some doors and bathroom drawers.
After bringing it to their attention they offered to come back out.

From start to finish they were very professional. I love the job they have done. The house looks totally different. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone

This is the second time that we have used TCS. Just as with the first cleaning the scheduling was easy and the cleaners were on time and did a great job. Everyone from the scheduler to the cleaners are professional and friendly. I highly recommend TCS. We will definitely use them again.

Great and accommodating service! My parents old house was a disaster and when they came in they properly communicated everything that would need to be done and laid out pricing. Everything is spotless. I will definitely be a returning customer if I ever need similar services again.

Raul Torres showed up on time and ready to work with his team. We live in a large home with 2 long haired dogs and a cat. He kept us updated on any issues or concerns and finished the windows, carpet clean, and deep clean for my 3000 sq.ft. house in just a few hours. He and his team were respectful to us and our belongings. It was stress free for me!
