Outstanding work and great customer service! The work was done efficiently and quickly and they were able to get me in quick after scheduling. Would definetly use again and recommend.

This is a SCAM!!! Do not ask for cleaning service! They took our money and the owner was on a flight.we have tried to contact two number. Went to theyre office. They have been closed down for two-three years according to the office manager that is listed here. This is a SCAM!!!!

This company is a fraud. They will charge you and give you headaches. They did not complete the requested services of carpet cleaning because the place I was living at shut off the water but didn’t even bother to tell me that the carpet cleaners were not coming. Bottom line. The services were not completed

Pretty disappointed with the service. For the amount I’d paid, I expected a lot more. The customer service was great, but I pretty much had to clean the remaining 85-90% of my place after the service was completed, as almost nothing was actually done besides basic cleaning that would have taken me 5 minutes to do on my own.

Gloria was great! She was on time and very professional. I needed help unpacking from a move and she worked really quickly. She is also bilingual which is great for me. She also can get on post which other companies couldn’t.

I have tried a couple of different cleaning companies here in El Paso and so far Sparklean is the best hands down. The house is spotless and the attention to detail is surreal. Very impressed with their crew.

I paid a deposit but when I canceled, Timothy said he would call accounting to return the deposit. This was 2 weeks ago. Now they won't answer the phone. I will be filing a Police Report for fraudulent business.

Amazing cleaning team, so quick and professional. The tenacity in which this team worked blew my mind away. No task is big enough for them. The attention to detailing every little crook & cranny . i would definitely recommend anyone to use their services.

One of the young lady’s used a steel wool pad to clean our stainless steel appliances causing damage and scratches. I sent pictures to Pedro Hernandez who is the one that set up my appointment and this was his response “Everything still got done they still showed up and are getting the job done sorry for any inconvenience but I think we did are best for the most part everything did get done“ I do not recommend this company for your cleaning needs very unprofessional.

Stay away from Sparklean Maids of El Paso. I had several issues with this company from maids not showing up on time to the owners of the company insulting me to appointments being "forgotten" or "misscheduled" multiple times. We had one final cleaning scheduled for this past weekend, and not only did no one show up, but their only phone line has had a busy signal since Saturday and no one is answering their emails. I don't know what's going on with this company, but stay away from it. The owners are rude, disorganized, and thoroughly unprofessional. And if you are displeased with their service, they inform you that they have no refund policy, but they "might" be able to do something for you, which, of course, they don't.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I hired this company to come clean for me. The appointment was at 10. At 1015 I called to find out what was going on and Peter advised me they were running behind and could be to my house at 12. At 1215 they hadn't arrived and I told Peter I would have to cancel. At this point Peter claims I wasted their time and hung up on me. If you're looking for a professional cleaning service, this is not it. STAY AWAY!

Requested quote for a elderly client who is anxious about having someone in her home because of the pandemic. Timothy was the booking agent, and said that he could have a team there, and that each team member would have had the Vaccination. I set up to be at my client's home to meet them and help them get started, but in route, Timothy called and said that he did not have anyone with the Vaccine available to work on her home, and that they would not be coming to her home after all. I'm fine with their in ability to provide employees that were vaccinated, but with a week's notice, they could have told us before the morning of, when there was no time to get another provider. To say the least, it is disappointing.

Worst service ever. We hired this company to come in and do a deep cleaning. Not only were they an hr late they didn’t do anything. The gentlemen I spoke with and made the appointment with said they are bonded and insured and that if we needed to we could step away while they clean. So we did just that. We went to drop stuff off at the dump. When wr came back no one was here. They had all left and absolutely NOTHING was done. After an hr of calling and leaving voicemail a young lady messaged me that they tried to call me and that the was a mischeduling communication. Don’t even bother with this place. I had to get the police involved.

Paid for a “deep clean”. Ladies did okay. But they definitely did not wipe down baseboards and tops of doors like promised. They also scratched the heck out of my stainless steel appliance. I told the guy who I set the appointment with and he did nothing about it. Didn’t even seem to care.

I attempted to call for service and got no answer. I decided to check out their work pictures but it seems they put their logo on stock photography of cleaning supplies and that's about it. Of the 3 non stock pics they have - one is of a sink they claimed to clean but you can tell they did a half-a$$ job because the floor is dirty in the background and the wall is still dirty too. The other is a before and after picture of two DIFFERENT ovens. smh The last is a clean shower door. Windex can probably take the credit for that without much elbow grease. THEN I started to read the reviews and I'm happy they didn't pick up because I have very low tolerance for no-shows and cleaners who show up to get paid and do nothing for 6-8 hours.

If I could give this place negative ratings I would! They’re incredibly rude and a huge scam! I hope this review can even save one person and the headache of this scam!!! I hired them to do an apartment clean out. For a 800sqft apartment that had 2bdr (one not ever used) kitchen living room they charged me $270. I call them as to there had to be some mistake. I get told in wrong they charge a flat fee.....so they charge 270$ for a 800sqft place or a 3000sqft house. Hard to believe. I told him that I never even got a call when they left so I could go lock up my old apartment. Then he tells me im a liar cause he claims they told me how they were there till 7pm and they called me when they left. He also told me I was a liar cause they were over 1.5 hours late and they had 2 ppl at my old place. I stopped by and there was only one girl there. I then got told by my old apartment the carpets never were cleaned and I got charged. So I called and he said “they don’t do carpets. And it passed our inspection so there will be no talking to managers or refund/discount” ummmm what the heck did I pay them $270??? I again called back to try and speak with a manager/owner and I am told “the owner doesn’t talk to people he hires us to do that. I talked to the managers and they are not interested in talking to you and will not be issuing a payment back or discount”! Please please please do no use this company and get ripped off like I did. A company that had a boss that can’t even talk to an upset customer is a huge scam and disrespectful!

I just recently use this service to do a move out cleaning service. The ladies showed up early and took their time cleaning every corner, baseboard, and other non noticeable areas of the house. These ladies did a fantastic job on the house carpet, appliances, and the garage. I would definitely recommend this service is your trying to turn a house over for renters.

I’d spoken with a Joseph. I told him I was looking for a detailed cleaning. I told him what my major concerns were. The day of the appointment they did not show and I called and left a message. When he called me back he said it must’ve not saved properly so we agreed for the next day at the same time. They were about an hour late. When the lady got there I again told her my areas of concern. A second lady showed about 20-30 min after the first. There was a lot of stuff missed. They called me to take payment before it was even done and when I called back after seeing everything Joseph told me I should’ve done a walkthrough which they did not offer(they left pretty quickly) and he took the payment knowing they weren’t done. Lesson learned. Their website says satisfaction guaranteed and that they clean top to bottom which was not true. The hood of the stove was left untouched and there was still dust on the cabinets and the tv stand. When Joseph called me again to let me know someone would come we again went over what was missing in which he told me I was asking for too much and that they’re losing a profit by sending someone again. The website says “Satisfaction is GUARANTEED or we’ll come back and clean your home AGAIN on the same day without a hassle.” Although someone did come to fix the major areas missed this was supposed to be a detailed cleaning and I expected a lot more. I remember him saying they do the baseboards as a part of the detailed cleaning but the third lady who came to do the corrections told me that Joseph said they charge extra for that. Their website also says no hidden fees. Their website is misleading. Overall this was not a great experience and Joseph was pretty rude and when I asked for a supervisor he said he is a supervisor. The last lady was really nice but I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I wish I could rate worse than 1 star. They are terrible. First of all, they are not professional at all. The guy I talked on the phone just brought his wife and daughter to clean my place. No professional tools or chemicals. It’s literally just like having my own mom coming over and clean (she would've been even better). For the service, it’s insanely overpriced. Also he lied to me when I made the contract. I got this service for the expensive price because he said that he can do deep tile cleaning (those common professional service) along with wall and ceiling cleaning. Not even the tile cleaning machine, but also not even a ladder to clean the ceiling fans ( it was supposed to be all included). He said he can do everything what I asked for only because he wanted money. He doesn’t care about customers. I hired another company to clean the “mess” Sparklean Maids made. I hope his business fails soon.
