Scheduling the inspection is easily done online, and the accuracy of the inspection exceeds my expectations. The inspector was very courteous and professional with everyone there on site, and he took the time to point out some of the more obvious deviations with me, the buyer. The final report is easily understood, with photos as evidence of all his findings.

Integrity has been a great service provider I had reached out to them for pest control and they are always reliable and prompt of my needs. Anytime we started seeing pest they were always ready to come out and take care of our pest problems. I would highly recommend them for pest exterminations. The price was reasonable for the service and worth every penny when you don’t have to worry of pest when you keep up with monthly services or whenever you need the extra services. We actually used them when we bought our home had two inspections done by them the reports
were detailed and got back to us quickly..

I called Integrity Inspection on a Saturday to set up a pre sell inspection on a house I am planning to sell. I was expecting to leave a VM and was shocked when the owner answered and even set up an inspection for the next day (Sunday).
Showed up on time. Very friendly, thorough and informative. Great experience and less than I had planned to pay.

House hunter here -- Offer on a home was quick and needed to find a reputable home inspector within 3 days. This company was referred by my realtor and a friend. My realtor was able to schedule on a Tuesday for early Thursday inspection and Chad M was my lucky Inspector! I am absolutely impressed. As a buyer, you should always be with the inspector and although I arrived a few moments later into the inspection, Chad was already in the garage with pictures and everything. This guy is like Bob the Builder but way prepared and just better! I am so grateful that Chad was patient with ALL my questions. He educated me on several areas of concerns and never once felt like I was a bother to him. Did I mention I asked a lot of questions?!

When the inspection report was emailed (same day!), I was blown away with ALL the details and pictures, which spoke thousands of dollars worth. Very thorough inspection you definitely get what you pay for!! They look at every little detail. They provide pictures with explanations on everything. Our inspector Jeffrey was very informative and we were able to be there while he was doing the inspection.

Chad did an amazing job with our inspection on our new construction home. Check everywhere including the roof, outside foundation, outlets, HVAC unit, faucets, drains, everything! Very professional and gave us some great advice for later on. They take many photos and point out what needs repair. We also got a termite inspection done by Raul and he did a very detailed inspection as well. Told us there may be subterranean termites in the area and what not to do. Got my inspection done today, and report the same day! As a first time home buyer they made the process so easy and thoroughly checked everything.
