Mario from Integrity Inspections was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough during the inspection. He kept us informed as he was going through the process, taking the stress out of home inspections. His professionalism was outstanding and is what everyone wants from an home inspector. Do not hire them, they have a really efficient system to charge you, but when you need them, they take a long time to answer your calls when you need them and they promise you to go and fumigate your house every 2 months and if your are not on top of them they don not go. I asked them not to renew my contract and they keep charging me for 6 months.

I’m glad I had the opportunity to use their service, they communicated well and had no issues whatsoever.

Albert is a real professional. Very thorough, did his due diligence when inspecting, I was there during the event and observed this first hand. He was very open and explained everything he had found and even made my silly questions (silly to me at least) be heard and comforted. I would recommend this company to others and, I’m sure all their other inspectors are great, but I loved Albert.

Alex Steward went above and beyond when it came to inspecting a home i had an interest in. As a single mother it can be difficult to know what to look for when purchasing a home. Alex was able to point out things my eye couldn't see. He prioritized not only minor repairs but also our safety. I have no words to describe what he has done for me and my kids. He took his time and made sure he inspected every inch of the home. His job is very appreciated. Outstanding quality and professionalism. My experience with Integrity Pest Control has not met my expectations. They seemed and spoke very professionally; however, their actions spoke for themselves. First, they texted me on Sunday for a scheduled appointment on Monday, the next day, then would not answer the phone when I called. Their appointments are always scheduled a day before they come. Today, they did not show up for their scheduled appt. between 10 - 12, nor did they call. I called them and they wanted to extend it 3 more hrs. They offered to give me a $10 credit after I rescheduled for another day. Then the same day I got a receipt for their service saying it was a credit but actually charged me an additional $10 instead, even though no service has yet taken place.Also, I believe they have a contract to join and also charge a penalty if you end your service with them.

Great customer service from Integrity Property Insepctions! The inspection team worked with us on getting everything scheduled and anytime I called they answered any question I had. The inspection reports were thorough and user-friendly which allowed us to communicate effectively with the builder and close on time. Appreciate all of the folks at Integrity!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Integrity Property Inspections for a home inspection, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable.

Tim Banks arrived early and walked my husband through the entire process with clear explanations. Mr Banks took the time to answer all of his questions, pointing out both strengths and areas of concern in the property—nothing was rushed or overlooked. The detailed report we received afterward was easy to understand, complete with photos and helpful recommendations.

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable, top-notch home inspection. A+ service all the way!

Believe it was a thorough inspection. Would suggest when finding numerous defects in a certain area, like a roof, give an overall opinion of the condition as a whole. Is it fixable or should it be replaced.

This is NOT a review of service this is to inform the public about an Integrity Pest and Termite driver who has NO REGARD for public safety on El Paso highways! Yesterday afternoon around 4:08 pm I was headed to Northeast El Paso to see my dr was driving on Highway 601 there was some debris on the highway and one of your trucks jumped into my lane the right lane and if I had not been paying attention he would have hit the front end of my car and caused a MAJOR car accident!!
Did not slowdown to avoid debris he just got into my lane not caring if I was there!
After almost causing an accident he just punched it trying to get as far away as possible! When i caught up to him I was able to get some photos of this truck and driver!
Just wanted to advise you of how YOUR trucks with YOUR logo on them are driving in EL Paso !!

Our bank requested a termite inspection and the inspector showed up after our walk through. He was polite and professional. It is a new home so we passed with flying colors.

Integrity Pest and Termite did a thorough inspection of the outside and inside of the property. I would recommend them and use them again if I needed to in the future. Employees are polite and didn't mind if I watched them do the inspection.

We were very pleased with the service and advise given by the tech Benjamin Munoz! He was very thorough, courteous and professional!
