Highly recommend them if you’re looking for carpet cleaning service that is reliable, professional and friendly! They cleaned the carpet so well that it looks and smells new!!
-
I highly recommend! I have hired this company multiple times. They have helped with making my couches look brand new, and especially with full and spot services for our carpet. They are always our go to!
-
Found this company on Facebook, quick response and super kind. Love that it’s family owned and run, they were quick but didn’t miss anything. They did a great job and my carpets looked and anmelt great after. Really recommend and I will definitely be rebooking for a follow up clean.
-
Highly recommend he did an amazing job and the price was super good. 100 dollars for four rooms can't beat that price. Help support a veteran owned business and give him your business.
-
The service was on time and the professional owner knew exactly what he was doing and what products to use. I was renting and clearing my house was a breeze. I would highly recommend On The Spot Carpet Cleaning for all your carpet and floor needs. I will definitely use them again.
-
On the Spot Carpet Cleaning is an easy five star veteran owned business. I am very pleased to say that my sofas were cleaned and restored to new!
On the Spot Carpet Cleaning offers superior service and answers any questions/concerns you may have. There are no hidden fees and his work speaks for itself.
I am very pleased to say I found a new carpet cleaning service that I can confide in. -
Buyer beware!! If you care about your items, go somewhere else. Horrible, horrible, experience!

They broke our stuff and refused to pay they were 6 hours late and refused to let a manager talk to us
-
Highly motivated, responsible, and efficient crew. Kudos to William and his buddy. No up front charges, pay when services are rendered. Competitive rates. No drama. Peter, the office manager, delivered, even though my flight was delayed by 7 hours; in addition, Enterprise could not give me ride back to the hotel; furthermore, THE ONLY DOWNTOWN, EL PASO TAXI CAB, WAS IN JUAREZ, MEXICO! Neither Lyft nor Uber! Hire Elite Movers.
-
Movers were on time and did a wonderful job packing my belongings! They were very well mannered and made the entire move look easy. I'll be using them again when it comes time to move again.
-
They are well priced and all. But totally unprofessional. Set them up a month before. They confirmed 5 days before. They were no shows!! And I had to be the one to call to find that out! We even tried to be nice and understanding that life happens and rescheduled for the next day. Again no shows! And I called to find out they were not helping again! Made for a very frustrating and stressful time moving. We got lucky to have found a few guys to help us. But what about those new to town or whatever?

BEWARE!!! We hired Elite company, they didn’t show until we called. They were late, my furniture was scratched, worst of all THEY STOLED FROM ME. Items stolen were a 200 dlls shredder, my son’s electric scooter, and a computer. The job took six hours for a 3 bedroom house, the guys were young and unprofessional, they were milking the clock playing videos on their cell phones.

Hired this company for my moving and they did a great job. All the way from packaging furniture into the truck and out into the new home. Upon arrival, they took their time to put all boxes and furniture where needed. Highly recommend! Kept good communication and very nice people.

First and foremost the crew was a great group of three very hardworking young men. Inexperienced but they worked their butts off.
My issue is with the owner. I called numerous moving companies 2 months in advance and got quotes over the phone. I moved from a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath 1500sqft place on post. They all asked similar questions and I got quotes ranging from about 14-1700 for boxing and tearing down and moving. Peter however, didn't ask to many questions about what I had. I had to volunteer info about my treadmill and elliptical and other heavy items. He never asked if it was a single story or not. He quoted me initially 80 bucks an hour plus materials and that it would take about 10 hours over two days. Then when I called to schedule a month later he quoted me 11-1200.
When the guys showed up I was told 75 an hour for the packing day and 100 am hour moving day. Being that I had to be out of the house that weekend and had only two days for the move, I didn't have much of a choice.
The guys worked 8.5 hours the first day packing things up. Right when they were done I ended up going to the ER cause my 4 y/o was having some issues and being that he is a cancer survivor, I stayed at the hospital till midnight. They moved him to children's hospital and the wife stayed and I went back to be there for the movers in the morning. The next day took the crew loading the truck and making the first of two trips till 5pm before we were heading back for the second trip. They ran out of boxes and material and apparently had neglected a lot of odds and ends type of stuff. All said and done, it was a 14 hour day. I called and spoke with Peter to voice my concern about how incredibly off his quote was. A job that he quoted me 1200 for ended up costing 2259. His discount for the trouble and the bond it put me in, 150 bucks. He pays his workers 10 bucks an hour. In the end he was pocketing close to 1200 in profit off the job but the inconvenience it put me in was only worthy of 150 bucks. Ridiculous. If I didn't have so much on my plate with having to go to the hospital on the east side to get my wife's vehicle and take it to children's hospital on the west side still, I would have called and badgered him about it. Poor customer service and poor management on his part. His guys deserve to be paid a lot more for what they do. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANOTHER COMPANY. -
DO NOT HIRE. They are not professional movers. They do not know what they are doing and will spend a good amount of time looking and deciding how to move things rather then getting work done. They will damage or break some of your things. They did not even have their our moving truck. They rented a uhaul, and were not able to move all the items necessary. They did not come prepared with tools to disassemble furniture (no screwdriver?)Our house was already packed and moved into storage. We only had furniture in one bedroom, kitchen, and living room. They quoted 3 hours and it took them 7 hours. Definitely amateurs. The equivalent of hiring off craigslist or off the street to help you move. Save yourself the stress, money, and your furniture; hire someone else.

I Highly recommend this moving company. They gave me the best rates in the market and the quickest arrival time. They assured my belongings would arrive safely, as they did. Hard working movers took the time to disassemble and assemble furniture as needed. My plants even made it safely to their new home😋.

If it was possible to give this company zero stars, that's what they should have gotten. Victor is the most hateful, unprofessional, cruel human being I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I scheduled a small move that consisted of a queen size bed, dresser with mirror, hope chest and 2 boxes belonging to my very recently deceased best friend. I was scheduled Saturday at 3. At 315, no one had arrived and there hadn't been any communication, so I called to make sure I hadn't been forgotten. Victor apologized, saying he had meant to call me but got distracted, and the movers were running an hour late. Fine. At 435, again after no communication, the movers were now an hour and thirty five minutes later than the originally scheduled time and 35 minutes later than the second arrival time I was given. I called again and got voicemail. I identified myself, noted they were now an hour and a half late and asked if they were going to move my belongings in the dark. Upon hanging up, I realized Victor had given me his personal cell number as well. I called and he had obviously gotten my message already. He immediately told me he was canceling my move and didn't appreciate my attitude. He went on to say they were doing their best. I reminded him my friend had just passed and I just needed his things moved. His response was that everyone has problems, his mom got into an accident and he didn't need to hear my sob story. He carried on and I disconnected the call while he was still rambling.
No one deserves to be treated this way. I was able to find a real professional to move my things on Monday afternoon. He stayed in contact, wrapped my items for storage and completed the move. As a side note, he told me this wasn't the first move he had completed for a customer who had also originally scheduled with Elite. I doubt it will be the last either. -
If I could give 0 stars I would. Scheduled a move a week and a half before the actual day. Called the day before to confirm the time, was told by Tom he was out of the office and would call back to confirm the time. He never called. Day of move 10 AM was my schedule time, the movers were no show. I called at 1015 AM to see how far out the movers where, once again was told I'd get a call back when movers where on their way. 11 am came around I called back my calls were forwarded to voicemail box. I was forced to find other mover day of the move. Do yourself a favor Do Not Use Elite Movers!!!

If I could give this company zero stars and still be allowed to write this review I would. This company is TERRIBLE. I scheduled my 1 bedroom move over a week in advance for 3 pm on a Monday. The owner assured me I was on the schedule, which was a lie. He never put me on the schedule, so on moving day I called six times before I finally got a response around 4. The owner was very rude and never apologized that he forgot to actually put me on the schedule. Movers didn't show up until 5 pm (in an unmarked moving truck) and then one was very unprofessional. There was loud cussing and some of my things were pretty damaged from them not being careful. Once everything was finally done the owner tried to charge me for four hours when they only worked for 3.5 hours (because they worked extremely slow.) The owner argued with me about the price saying I had to pay for time that the workers didn't actually work. When the movers left they took a rug and a few small things that I didn't notice were missing until I unpacked/put everything away (granted it might have been by accident but still..)
I was also asked to send one of the movers my address through text so they could put it in their gps since they didn't have the paperwork because I was never placed on the schedule. I thought it was no big deal until I received a text almost a week later asking me who I am and why I sent this person an address. I find it extremely strange that the mover kept the text that contained not only my number but my address as well. One mover was very kind but it doesn't make up for the fact that one is creepy and still has my number in his phone and the owner is a complete jerk. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I should have looked into other companies instead of going with this one. NEVER AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and choose a different company or you will end up with strange messages, a bad experience, & missing and/or damaged things. -
I paid $500 for this moving company to move my furniture on May 13, 2020. They left deep scratches on each of the 3 bedroom sets They forgot their dolly one of the trips and I had to lend them mine. The guys were nice enough but definitely NOT professional. I could have rented a uhaul and pair random guys to go the same job. When I brought it to their attention I got no response. Please save your money and your furniture.

New furniture and appliances all scratched. When I reported this to them, they stopped taking my calls and never called me back. Avoid at all cost. I reported them to the BBB so you can see how bad they are there.
Crew members were obviously newbies and kept dropping every piece. Even though I told them several times to be careful.
