We were set to move and told they would arrive between 9-10. After 11 we get a call that they are running late. They showed up at 1 pm with the wrong vehicle (an open trailer vs a 26 ft truck). Said they would get the correct vehicle and come right back…. 2 hrs later and they haven’t shown up and won’t answer our phone calls. Don’t waste your time like they wasted mine.

Needed some assistance over Labor Day weekend to pack and load two 16ft PODS containers with the contents of a 3 bedroom house. Agreed and showed up on SUNDAY (very surprising). My daughter is 90% VA disabled, medically retired from Army. Couldn't bend or twist, and lifting anything over 25lbs was out of the question. Leo showed up early on Sunday morning, brought a crew with him. They packed, loaded, and were done well before I expected. Inspection of loading showed they did it the PODS way and nothing will move unless they invert the containers. I asked for assistance in moving the washer,dryer, and refrigerator to my house a couple of miles away, which they provided without complaint and at a minimal charge. Honestly for the little they charged for the pack and load and for the extra move, they delivered more value than I've seen from the so called large moving companies. I highly recommend them. Great service and fast pace movers

Very talented and awesome placing of furniture. Super tetris the move. However the 2 movers asked for tip for them behind the main guy doing the charges. Need to be more professional when it comes to tipping and have a system in place.

The guy were efficient and had great attitudes. They even helped move my mother and her medical bed so we wouldn’t have to do it. They worked hard and we appreciate their hard work!

For the passed ten years. I have used The Movers of El Paso, for all my moving needs. Leo and his team are prompt in loading and unloading. Also assuring my items not not to get damaged . I recommend THE movers for your next move.

Do not pay these guys to move your stuff!
The manager or whoever the bigger bald guy is cussed my mother in law and he did this right when they arrived to the apartment she is moving into. He demanded we paid him first before unloading. He threatened things would be taken to storage if we didn’t pay before hand. Well at that point we had no choice but to pay and little did we know they would do a terrible job. They broke two pieces of furniture, scratched furniture and the guy in charge kept making snarky remarks.
My mother in law was willing to pay so her moving would go smooth and fast but instead she ended up with broken furniture and they just made things worse.
Safe yourself the headache and find a different company !

The movers of El Paso was such a great experience for me. They gave me no trouble the workers were funny and fast paced, the owner of the company Leo was super professional, and overall it was just such a great experience for me and they also have some of the cheapest prices in El Paso.

The movers were fantastic! They were on-time (actually called if they could come earlier which was great) and loaded up the moving truck really well! Tried their best to make sure all items were secured for the trip. They even rehooked the car-hauler for me when they were finished. Super helpful!!
