I’m about to be a legit “Karen” . They “moved” my stuff. Sadly I do not know why they thought it was okay to drag my bed bare. It did have the protecting cover but that’s MY 200$ cover I use with my sheets. So now I have a stained protective cover that I have been washing over and over to get the stains out. Those bed covers are not cheap they are to insure the mattress itself. If I damage the cover it invalidates the insurance. So it kinda defeated the purpose of even hiring movers. Also they did not cover my couches up. I ended up having to dust them off when they left. Also while they were loading my couches they put the cushions all on the floor outside. I should have said something but I didn’t, I was to embarrassed to tell them the expectations of their job. It was an almost 400$ service plus my $200 protective cover that ended damage which potentially uninsures my 3,000 mattress . When they left I cried so much out of frustration cause I’m by myself. Things aren’t cheap. It was only a bedroom set and a living room. Just the furniture!

Moved from apartment to apartment in El Paso - I received great service! The locations were 5 miles apart and the entire job was done in 2 hours with no broken or damaged items. Very nice guys providing a service worth every penny.

100% recommended. Unloaded all of my things for a one bedroom apartment super quickly and carefully! The guys were great with all the boxes and made sure I didn’t need anything else before they left. Very nice guys and hard workers.

This company is amazing! As a military family who moves all the time, this may be the best group of guys that I have seen in over 16 years! My truck was delayed two hours, and they still came to help me unload at 8pm! Their customer service is amazing and they do it for a great price! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Arrived late, broke furniture, turned boxes upside down and dumped spices + jewelry everywhere, and couldn’t follow directions. Not impressed.

I recently used The Movers of El Paso for my move, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service! I highly recommend The Movers of El Paso! The move went smoothly. The way that my furniture was handled was with a lot of care and the move was done in a timely
manner. Leo and his employees are hard workers with excellent communication skills, making sure that all my furniture was placed though out my new home to my liking.

Great job! Good pricing, efficient and reliable. I called around 9 the night before and they answered and were able to help me at 10 the next morning. They even got to the furniture store 30 minutes early which made everything run smoother and quicker. I would definitely recommend these movers as they know what they are doing and are friendly too.

Company moved my items, to keep it short and sweet-

They were scheduled to show at 8am. They ended up showing at 8:20am. Lateness I didn’t really care about, but they charged me from 8am. They finished unloading at the drop off at 1:41pm, and charged me until 2. That’s 40 minutes of time that was unaccounted for. Not to mention, they didn’t follow instructions to get to the drop off at all, and spent 25 minutes driving around the city to find the place when I gave them EXACT coordinates.

Also, I have a TON of items damaged. They like to load things upside down, and I mean anything. Jewelry box went upside down and spilled out everywhere, expensive jewelry is now lost. Entertainment center was lifted upside down and brought into the house being lifted on the legs only, and a leg ripped out of the framing. They saw this too. A small desk was tipped over, and the contents inside of it went towards the back of the desk, getting stuck in between where the drawers close, so now that needs full disassembly. I had 2 surfaced cylinder heads, one was left outside which isn’t the end of the world, as I could’ve moved it, but the other one was set in a shed with an exhaust manifold right on top of it. I told them to be careful of this. Now my set of cylinder heads need resurfaced due to deep scratching. Lastly, they took apart the bed frame that in my 5 times of moving, has never been taken apart. It’s a tiny tiny frame. They took it apart, broke it in multiple spots and now it doesn’t hold the bed up correctly.

I contacted Leo about these issues, and he said he would talk to the crew. 2 weeks later, I’m left on read so it leaves me no choice but to leave this review.

These guys are just amazing. They were fast but efficient. They had to play Tetris with my out of town loaders bad job. They helped with taking pictures while still unloading my 22ft truck into an indoor storage. They never complained about my heavy boxes and furniture. And they listen to me about what I needed to be upfront in the storage. I was very impressed on their work. The boss stayed on site to ensure a great job. I’ll be using them again when I move to my house
