Ted cleaned our pool and kept the pump and filters running for the past 18 years! We were on a regular schedule and our pool always looked great! The only reason we are no longer clients is because we moved out of town.

Decided to use a pool cleaning service to keep my mother in laws pool clean since she’s been in and out of the hospital and can’t do it herself. They took advantage of the fact that no one was at the home and didn’t clean it for weeks. They supposedly had been going by weekly even though my mother in law requested every other week. Then we were told one price and had been charged triple that. Called and spoke to the owner to try to resolve the issue and was promised he’d be out on a specific day. That day came and went with a no show. I would definitely not recommend them.

Ted and his team did a great job cleaning my pool and diagnosing a problem I was having with my skimmers. They service the west side just in case you were wondering.

For a simple service fee and an hour of labor, Ted solved almost a year's worth of issues that were caused by a different pool contractor here in El Paso. In fact, I had already paid that contractor twice for service visits to fix the system they installed where they claimed that issue was my fault. Ted and I spent 30 minutes troubleshooting the chemical control system and he determined that they had incorrectly wired the system when they installed it. Once he rewired it, everything is working perfectly.

Not only did he fix the issue, but he was also respectful. He explained things to me and taught me about the system, where the other contractor had attempted to make me feel stupid. I cannot recommend Ted enough.

Ted did a great job in replacing my pool pump!!! From the very first phone call when I reached out he was polite, respectful and wasted no time. He was able to get the new pump and all the parts needed and installed within a few days. I’d highly recommend him especially if you don’t have time to spare.

Ted is simply amazing. In less than 24 hours he had my pool pump back to working order. He fixed the issues quickly and did an outstanding job where someone else had failed. I cannot recommend his services enough.

I had a local pool company that I had used prior come out for my pool/spa heater not clicking on and was quoted a $4,000 heater replacement. I called Ted’s Pool Service and he came out ($100 service charge), readjusted all connections and heater has been working without issue since. Another instance, my spillover spa was having flow issues while filter running and draining issues while filter off and Ted was able to troubleshoot issue over a phone call. Would recommend his services to anybody having issues!

Ted was able to diagnose my control board and pilot issue. Got them working in a timely matter. Had a couple over companies but previously and was really dissatisfied with there service. Definitely recommend him.

Ted was recommended to me by my neighbor who used Ted ‘s pool service to clean her pool on a weekly basis. I called him yesterday afternoon because my fitting that goes to my pump busted off and was leaking water everywhere. With this heat I did not want to go without my filter running for days. When I explained my situation he told me he could come by in the morning. He was at my house before 9 am with the parts ready to go. I could not believe the service. This guy is awesome and very fair prices. I will definitely call him again. Thanks Mr Ted.
