I was very pleased with the services I recieved thru Alex and his company.. He was very knowledgeable about my water in my pool and made sure to answer any questions on why my pool was turning green so fast on me. He walked me thru the process and explained what steps I needed to take in between my service dates. He advised me to keep chemicals on hand and when to drop them in to keep my pool sparking this summer.. Never owened a pool before and so happy I called someone to help me understand the responsibilities that come with owning a pool. If you need services done I recommend Sparkling Pools to help you get your pool ready and maintained for the season.

Clean pool. Clean service no doubt on maintaining my pool in excelent conditions. Alexander and his team do an awesome job.

Had high hopes when hiring Alexzander and his team. We asked him to service our pool and he mentioned that an acid wash was a good option and said we can convert to salt water pool. After we dropped $1500 to get it done, we filled the pool back up, just to find out that that we couldn’t convert to salt water pool because he said our system was outdated and needed to be replaced for $3400. He should have mentioned that in the beginning, then to find out after hiring a new pool guy, that Alexzander didn’t even properly do the acid wash and apparently our pool didn’t have any chemicals either! So $1500 down the drain for us.
Our pool would also turn green after only 2-3 days after the “cleaning services”. He would also tell us to put our own chemicals in the pool but that’s what we hired him for? He also just never showed up again after he was scheduled to clean our pool.

This is a 65.00 cleaning less than 24 hours later I called them and the gentleman said he would come over however that they were stains and if they did not come off he would discuss pricing for having to make another trip to my house. I scrubbed the walls of my pool and it came off quickly. I still needed to scrub and vacuum all over again. I would not recommend this service. This is the third or fourth time they have come to my house I have been disappointed ever time but have given them multiple times to redeem themselves

Asked the Owner who was Sparkling Pools before and now changed to Clearview Pools to go back and clean the return waterfall because it was green. They did not go back and instead decided to terminate my pool services. After I paid them for this weeks pool service and paying them all through the winter when the pool was not even in use.

Great customer service and communication, Clearview has turned my pool from green to crystal clear overnight when that summer heat eats up all the chemicals.

Clear view Pools has been taking care of our pool since 2021 and honestly, we’ve never looked back. They’re super reliable, knows his stuff, and always keeps our pool looking perfect. It’s hard to find someone who takes pride in their work like Alex does. Definitely our go to guy for anything pool related!

We can’t thank Alexzander and his crew at Clearview Pools enough! They did an amazing job installing our mesh pool fence and helped us meet our home closing deadline. They even stayed until almost 9pm just to make sure the job was completely finished. It’s rare to find a company that truly goes above and beyond for their clients but Alexzander definitely does. Highly recommend Clearview Pools for anyone needing quality work and outstanding customer service!

Hired them for a few months to service a property on an Airbnb a VRBO. The property comments were great for the property itself just very low due to the low quality of cleaning and communication. Sometimes they wouldn’t do wash the blankets and guests would complain. A guest that had booked for 3 months cancelled due to how bad he found the cleanliness, this was a major loss for me. They initially stated a price with tax included then once services began they still added tax (that is fine but the agreed upon price included tax). I terminated the service once my calls were not answered nor returned when I found out some tasks were not completed. Terrible cleaning company.

Want to thank West Property Solutions. I'm very picky on the cleaning needed help and sent a young lady Paloma. Very sweet and respectful and of course best of all the cleaning. Exactly what I expected. 👍

Jennifer did a great job with cleaning our home. She did a move out clean and we couldn't be more appreciative of how thorough she was during the cleaning.

Terrible experience. Workers hit a gas line, smelled gas, kept digging, and refused to take ownership of the mistake. We had 3 plumbing estimates, the city inspector, and the gas company indicate the landscapers were responsible for disturbing the gas line, but they refused to rectify the issue. The owner even convinced me to book an AirBnB to stay in since we had no gas, stating that they would reimburse me for it, but as soon as I booked it they said they were not going to pay for anything. It was an absolute disaster we are looking into filing a civil suit to address.

Regarding the actual work they did: of the pavers they laid, several are wobbly, not level, etc. They got upset with me when I called them out that they did not lay them correctly and had to fix them; however, they never properly addressed the issue. The workers said they were wobbly because the owner chose the wrong materials (screening rather than sand) and because they had to re-lay the tiles due to their own mistake. Furthermore, they did not properly install the grass border or remove all the debris per the contract we signed. The owner was supposed to do a final walk through but never did. After the gas incident above, the owner refused to answer any of my phone calls. In sum, we got ripped off majorly by this company and were left off worse than before we hired them.

I would steer clear of a company who rests its name on "integrity," but refuses to act with any shred of decency. Maybe this company is good at cleaning houses, but I wouldn't trust them with any larger projects.

Sometimes a girl just needs help, and these professionals are the ones I have counted on to help me with my housekeeping at reasonable prices. Nothing is overlooked, they are very kind, and really know how to get a home to shine when needed! I’m so appreciative :)

I got Allie for organizing and light cleaning. She did an amazing job and was very efficient and she knew exactly how I wanted and needed things done. I would not hesitate to personally ask for her for my housekeeping needs.

Lawn service started great and we referred many people. As the company grew, however, quality declined markedly--particularly relating to timeliness. Often they would show up on the wrong day or not at all. Whereas the service originally included removal and disposal of all lawn debris, they began filling up our garbage cans with it. When we politely requested better communication about scheduling, the response was rather rude. The straw that broke the camel's back was when they once again showed up 2 days late with no notice and, when we again requested advance notice of rescheduling, we were told, "why don't I just tell my guy to quit right now and leave?!" Yes, they threatened to leave mid-job of a long-time customer with a half-mowed lawn. We agreed, paid, and fired them.

We were also told that they're, "just too busy with their commercial accounts to have to deal with residential now." So take them at their word--if you're looking for a residential lawn care service, look elsewhere.

West Texas Property solutions is a great company. I’m a cancer patient and needed help cleaning my home. The ladies that cleanedwere amazing, professional and very nice. I recommend it, they do a great job!!

Stephanie and her team are awesome, especially Celia. She is so responsive and makes sure the job is well done. My house is always so clean, nice, and the way I want it.

Such a great service! They sent two ladies to do a top to bottom cleaning- they even washed each of the prisms from our chandelier. It shines beautifully now! Highly recommend this company!
