Based on my prior experiences with various companies, I was a little skeptical at first. However, given the necessity of cleaning after home remodeling, I decided to give it a try. Even though I called them super last minute, the owner totally came through for me, finding someone to get the job done. To my pleasant surprise, the quality of work exceeded my expectations, leading me to opt for a biweekly schedule. It proved to be worth every penny.

I had sustained an injury recently I needed some help keeping up with my House Cleaning. I have family coming into town and I need my home to look spotless. I contacted this business and Stephanie was responsive and attentive. She listened to what I needed and then scheduled the work. She had two ladies show up to do a top to bottom deep cleaning so that my home would sparkle. They did an outstanding job my house was ready for company. I was so happy with the results. I am definitely using them again and much more often.

Stephanie is so sweet and helpful, she went above and beyond to work me into the schedule as soon as possible when I called, desperately needing help for house cleaning. Beatriz showed up right on time and did an absolutely beautiful job cleaning our house, everything was sparkling and shiny! I highly recommend hiring them for any house keeping needs you may have!

Ray and his team have been servicing our company for a couple of years now(CORT Furniture) and he has been great. Ray and his team are professionals and have always followed through with their monthly service. He is very accessible and has always gotten back with me when I needed him to. I needed my kitchen and 2 bathrooms cleaned/sanitized to be move-in ready because the previous occupant left in a hurry and didn’t do a thorough job.

✅ Team was on time
✅ Team brought supplies
✅ Team wiped down surfaces
✅ General cleaning of countertops, showers, sinks, and toilets was done
❌ Team did not clear cobwebs out of upper kitchen cabinets (ew, I don’t want to put my dishes or kitchen supplies in any cabinets until I go back through myself)
❌ Team did not clean inside of fridge at all (seriously??? This is the task I hate most!)
❌ Team did not sweep or mop behind fridge (this was easy to do as the fridge had already been pulled away from the wall!!!)
❌ Team did not get the dust/dirt out of the window frames (what exactly is the definition of a move-in deep cleaning?)

The best I could get was a $20 refund since I wasn’t able to be on site to unlock the door for a redo. $200 later and I’m going over it all myself anyways to make those spaces truly move-in ready and ensure a healthy environment for my family. I will not use or recommend this service in the future.

Dependable, clean, quick, and reasonable. They did a great job landscaping my front yard. They worked 12 hour days to get it done quickly. I love it. I keep going outside to look at my beautiful new yard. Ray and Stephanie worked hard to make sure I was happy.

Very rude and sounded annoyed/bothered when I messaged and called to ask for a quote. I’m sure they do decent work based on these other reviews but cmon don’t be rude to someone having their backyard done for the first time. May they learn their lesson to treat customers better and with more warmth. I had a much better experience with others in this business whom I spoke with.

⭐️ Serious integrity issues – proceed with caution

I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this owner to be extremely careful.

A fully fulfilled order of commercial Christmas lights was shipped to the exact address the customer personally entered at checkout. That address was verified by the bank, and UPS confirmed delivery with photographic proof showing the package delivered undamaged behind a secured gate.

Despite this, the customer filed a chargeback claiming the address was unrelated to him, which is false. Public property records show the home belongs to his wife, directly connecting the delivery location to his household. He never contacted the business to report a missing order or request assistance before disputing the charge.

What makes this worse is that these lights were purchased for his holiday lighting installs, which he actively advertised and completed for paying clients. He used the very products he later charged back, turning a profit while forcing a small business to absorb the loss.

During a recorded phone call, he admitted to having used incorrect addresses before and stated he is disputing other vendors as well. This points to a pattern of abusing the chargeback system rather than an honest mistake.

This behavior cost a small business over $2,000 in product and revenue. Anyone willing to profit from materials they refuse to pay for, while lying to a bank to do it, should not be trusted. I would not recommend doing business with someone who operates this way.
