Don't really care for their plants like home depot does

They usually have a good selection of cards. My husband is a master Gardner and gets plants from here most of the time

Love love their plants selection and also their warranty. I had a tree that died from a year ago and no questions asked, got store credit because I couldn't find credit card for purchase.

Employees are always helpful when you ask them for help. If they do not know the answer to your question they will find it for you. The plants are in much better condition than other locations that I have visited.

They had us standing in line for 10 min. then moved us to another line because they closed that register, the people they put us behind had gotten in line after us, when we finally got up to the register they had 5 employees taking turns at one register ringing people out, I felt like I was in grade school again playing ring around the rosey, not happy nor am I impressed with the service.

Great selection of plants that like full sun - or at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day - but lacking in shade tolerant (or partial sun) plants. I like to shop at Lowe's in general but this issue is a disappointment.

Headed to Lowe’s to pick out some fall decorations for the front patio. They had some beautiful Mums and a bail of hay. Just what we were looking for. And they are right down the road from us.

Lowes online order system is trash. Items say ready in 3 hrs but system never sends store the pick order, or store ignores it, web & app never get updated, call cust svc and they read old web status to you. Lowes, just drive to Home Depot and ask them how online order system should work. They can likely give you pointers

Gio and the other staff are always helpful and help me get in and out of the store quickly so I can accomplish more. Thank you. The people make the difference. I still have issues with the in store and curbside pick up and don’t use it. That service sucks!

Springtime yard clean-up headquarters. As a disabled combat vet I appreciate the veterans parking. But the changes to getting the military discount have made it more difficult, the scanner doesn't work well scanning the license. It is a problem every single time, so I've begun going to Home Depot where I just type in a phone number and don't need to scan my driver's license.

The garden center associate was amazing. She explained to me the different types of indoor plants and benefits they bring, and how to care for them. Great experience as always!

Just saw Edwin but in a sec, helped load medal gates in my cart, while he was obviously on another errand. So many helpful courteous people.

Now, the BIG problem. I've been paying interest on Merchandise that Lowe's says I canceled. The Merchandise is gone. I waited for a good deal, spent over 1000$ !!!
What the heck happened. This is so unlikely Lowe's. I really can't believe after all the years and money, remodeling with Lowe's I was treated like this! Off to Home Depot...

The garden was my Mama's escape. Flowers blooming and many to choose from. They also have many beautiful trees to include fruit trees and palms. I love coming here to see and to buy my flowers every year. Sometimes hard to get help when needed and checkout in garden takes some time as well but overall doesn't bother me.

Great company. Good experience each time I have used them or the app. Postponed the first appointment to have the team/app automatically reschedule. Perfect timing, but if it wasn't, I could have set it up for a later date with the push of a button.

Service level very good; Raymond (the specialist) excellent attitude and dedication for details make him trustable.
We will evaluate Quality results on the trees and shrubs around the house in the near future.

Oh my goodness! Leeza B. is simply amazing. She arrived on time. She covered the Entire yard, not just lightly here and there like my previous 2 lawn care professionals. She took very good care of my yard. Thank you. I'd like to request her to be my assigned technician. She is professional, knowledgable, thorough, completed the work in a timely manner and left my yard clean and without trash/debris. I sincerely do appreciate Leeza B. and look forward to being a long term customer of TruGreen.
