TruGreen, when I signed up told me their staff works until 6pm. I have pets and work till 430pm I called there customer service as directed by their sales man to have them leave a permanent not on my account that I could not be at my house until 5pm. I keep having them show up at 2pm, 10am and their staff acknowledges that there is a note saying not to show up until 5pm and they don’t know why they schedules me for any other time. I’m going to have to cancel my service with them without getting a single lawn treatment (more to follow)

Raymond is always professional, polite and friendly. He is a great example of a serviceman who cares - we appreciate it!!

Love this service! Grass is healthy and green and people are kind and helpful.

The first visit went extremely well . Everything was explained and my lawn was treated and hopefully my lawn will improve !

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a horrible experience with TruGreen. I saw no improvement in my lawn. So I requested to discuss the issue and see what other steps could be taken to improve the lawn. I was told the tech was coming out today and that he would stop in and discuss my options. Not only did he not stop in to speak to me, he lied about it. On my receipt it says "I knocked on your door, I'm sorry I missed you...", but that is a flat out lie. I work from home and my office is 3 feet from the front door. I would have heard a knock. I called TruGreen about it and they didn't want to do anything. I could deal with less than desirable results if the company is honest and doesn't lie to me and could offer some sort of plan to fix it. But one thing I will not tolerate is being lied to. I asked for a supervisor to contact me, and the next day someone called but it sounded like another tech support person from another country, I could not even understand what she was saying. Very bad english. She did not want to help me at all either. Very disappointed with TruGreen and will not continue to do business with them.

They are always late. They let you know they are coming and have you waiting for hours literally. I m really upset with their service. They forget people have to work and can not wait for them. My problem is that I have dogs in the backyard and some body has to wait for them to get the dogs out of the backyard. I have ask them in several occasions to do it early morning, and they just don’t listen. Unfortunately I have paid the whole year and I can’t cancel. It’s better if you go we a local service.

I can count on them to provide professional services. I have been using them for several years. People who come over always say my lawn is green and beautiful.

The person who did my service Raymond S. Showed up outside my house for 30 mins, smoked a cigarette and then tells my son we have to reschedule. Thank you to the GM I spoke to who got him to come back out to service my house today. This GM is the reason for a 5 Star Service. Thank you kind Sir for keeping your word and keeping me a loyal customer. Mr. Salvador came out today and did an amazing job. He said that the spider mites were still there which means that the previous services probably wasn’t done right. He did an amazing job. I recommend him ever time.

I think ill review as soon as we start getting result, but I gotta say the service itself and the communication are great, they answer your questions!

Since we contracted with TrueGreen, the battle with weeds has ended. We truly appreciate the promptness and professionalism shown by Jaime; upon his arrival to the house, getting the job done promptly and updating us when he has finished.
We will keep this service always. Thank you TrueGreen!

I really appreciate the service that Felix provided today. He was very thorough and took his time to explain some things to me about my yard. Highly recommend him.

Today Raymond was my lawn specialist, and he rang the doorbell to ensure my dogs were inside. That's GREAT !!

Christian and helper technician were very fast and efficient. Service to keep my front shrubs and tree healthy was completed very fast!

So far, our experience has been less than great. We were told we would have a service, aeration, and then another service. We had our first service and were told our aeration would be on 6/9/25. That day came and we did not get a text to advise what time they would be here. We call and our told they don't give a specific date to do the aeration. It is a between Monday and Friday appointment. We tell them our next service is scheduled for 6/12/25 and we need to get it done before then. Today I go to see if is shows anything online and it doesn't. I chat with them to see what is going on only to be now told my aeration is 6/20. This company had horrible customer service and communication. I will look for a different company that will do what they say they will.

My grass looks awful. I’ve had them for about four years and I’m going to have to cancel. Paid for aeration’s that were never performed…called multiple times, said they would have someone come out, but they cancelled three times…I also have tons of yellow patches all over my yard. It’s not worth it.

I have been a customer of TruGreen since last year. My trees were drying up and looking very unhealthy, then after calling TruGreen and setting up service, my trees came back to life

Salesman Paul from TruGreen was very helpful explaining the different treatments available for purchase. He listened to my needs and didn’t push any additional services. The technicians Mishka O. and Raymond S. Were very thorough in the application of the Tree & Shrub care and the Desertscape Maintenance. They were nice enough to answered some questions I had about what they had done and advised me of what and when the next treatment was going to be. They do all the hard work of maintaining home landscaping when my job makes it near impossible for me to do it. TruGreen’s product pricing is more affordable than you might think.

TruGreen has been taking wonderful care of my lawn. They let me know what they are doing to keep my yard looking good.
