TruGreen provided a one year service for the lawn & some struggling trees. The cost of the service was very reasonable. The service technician offered great communication and prompt service weather permitting. The diseased pear trees were what prompted me to reach out. Those two trees look better than they have ever looked and I had employed two other services prior to calling TruGreen.

Tru Green is definitely the best for yard work and keeping a green environment.

Eric did an excellent job. Overall I have had neighbors come and ask me how I keep my front yard so clean without weeds. They are so impressed that they too want to call Trugreen

The worst customer service ever. I tried scheduling 3 visits and was told by one customer service agent they didn’t feel well, another one tell me I told the agent the wrong request, and finally the last one told me they had IT issues. My goat weed is still growing like crazy and I feel like I wasted $300. Do not use this service!

I’m Carmen and I am very pleased with Luke he knew exactly where he needed to spray. He was cheerful in the morning as a customer I appreciate with a smile.

This is our first experience with TruGreen here in the El Paso area, my wife had previous experience with TruGreen in KC and so far so good. All of their Technicians are professional, knowledgeable and polite.

This is my second visit from Trugreen, Jordan was very professional. He knows his business. This y I asked for qualified service tech. One who has experience and is really committed to great and the best service he can provide. This is what I'm paying for.
I just don't need someone that is just coming to service without really looking at the yard and not analyzingand Identifying what is really required for that customer. Jordan analyzed my lawn and recommended aerating my yard. I had spoken to CSR from Virginia and was told aeration is only done in the fall. He did no know I was from the south region.

Always receive courteous & professional service from Salvador as he completes my regularly scheduled lawn & tree treatments, thank you! I can tell a huge difference in the condition of my yard since signing up with TruGreen, especially with unwanted weeds.

I was sceptical about the Trugreen service because of the green color. After having to service for a while and especially after all the rain we've had, I'm absolutely amazed with how well it works. Other yards are a hot mess of overgrown weeds and grass, but mine looks like I have expensive weekly lawn service. Thanks Trugreen.

I have used them in the past (in 2016) and they were great! My grass looked like the greens of a golf course... but not this year? I started their services in April this year and noticed a positive difference, however that didn't last long. I called them in June and requested a specialist to come out to look and evaluate my unhealthy grass and no one ever came. I also noticed that not the same TruGreen technician would come out every time. In my previous experience with them, the same technician would come out every time (which allowed them to know my grass and its progress). Now its September and my grass is still blotchy and has weeds. It is not lack of water because I made sure my sprinklers were running properly and the grass was getting water before I called to express my concern. So I decided to cancel my service with them. Great people but they are lacking attention this year (not sure if its due to change of management or Covid -19 but its not fair for me to prepay for a year service and not get what they promised)

The techs rushed and they didn’t spray the perimeters of my front and back porch. I found a really great company that pulls the weeds out and sprays for weed control at a cheaper price. I am trying to cancel the service with TruGreen but the representatives keep hanging up on me. I’ve called 3 times and I’ve been hung up on every single call. What kind of business is this?

UPDATE AS OF 9/30/25- I canceled the service two weeks ago, on Thursday of last week I received a text and call from a tech stating he was on his way to complete a service. I told him the contract was canceled two weeks ago. I proceeded to call TruGreen, and made sure the contract was no longer valid. Today, 9/30/25 another tech showed up at my house stating he is going to do a service on my yard. I notified him, AGAIN that I no longer need their services. These people can’t seem to take NO for answer!!!

I had a service done at my home by True Green and my experience with 185951-RAYMOND SERRANO was great. I expressed my concerns about my trees in the back how i felt they had not been sprayed before and he right away made sure every single tree was sprayed throughly. I also expressed to him that i needed communication with him before and after spraying and he did just that. I would love to continue services done to my trees by 185951-RAYMOND SERRANO he had great customer service and quality of work was great.

Do not use TruGreen. They used to be fantastic. Now, they have visited, charged me, then done nothing (they didn’t realize I was home), and recently they killed off sections of my lawn. Terrible. See the photos of my lawn before and after.

Just signed up for a year's worth of service due to yellow patches in my yard and a suffering tree. Signing up was fairly easy online, but knowing the appointment just a day before it was to happen and the 'day-of' communications were a little frustrating.

In looking into it a little deeper, I found that the appointments can always be rescheduled, even the same day, without penalty. Also, once the technician comes to your place, they can answer any questions you have. Our rep, Raymond S., in El Paso, is great. I hope we are able to have him as our only TruGreen tech going forward.

He injected fertilization at the roots for our trees and bushes and applied sulfur to our lawn. Super nice guy with efficient service. Highly recommended!

Since this was the first application, I'll have to update this with photos in a couple of months so that we can see the difference before and after.

Addendum on 4/4/23:

It's been almost a year with TruGreen. Their techs are all pretty great, work quickly and the pictures speak for themselves. We also signed up for a quarterly service where they spray your landscaping rocks with a weed deterrent (that turns them blue-green for a couple of days) that totally prevents weeds from growing in your landscaping. I'd like to keep their services based on the results. We have happy trees/bushes and a lush lawn with insect control. Our landscaping looks great. Very satisfied and worth the cost.

Lawn has recovered beautifully since implementing the Trugreen service. Initially had lot of patches throught our the yard. Named our lawn Augusta on how lush & green she looks! Thanks guys!
