Excellent service this afternoon. We arrived from out of state to close up an apartment & they accommodated our needs. They were done within an hour from arriving. It was a small apartment, two bedrooms, hallway & living room. They were kind, professional & prompt!

I had my kitchen and laundry room tiles cleaned. They showed up on time, having sent me a text reminder the day before, and proceeded to remove a whole lotta dirt and grime from the tiles, especially along the grouting. Very happy with results and with their prices.

I was hoping with all the good reviews I would have a better experience. While my carpet is old I made the mistake of telling Rigo that I really needed to have to carpet replaced and I guess that made them not do such a great job. They were in and out in about 45 min. While I NEVER expected it to look super clean or new, there were areas that they didn't even try to clean. It looks worse than before now that it's dry because they neglected to clean several areas. When confronted with the complaint it was dismissed, had it not been dismissed and if he offered to at least see what I was talking about I wouldn't have left a poor review, but because we discussed that he couldn't get a lot of stains out, he used that as justifications for poor workmanship. Hope with the next customer he does his due diligence.

THE ONLY CARPET CLEANER YOU SHOULD USE IN EL PASO! Extremely friendly staff! Texted the morning of the appt to let me know they would be arriving within in 30 minutes. We scheduled last minute ish and he was able to accommodate our schedule and come on a Saturday to help our transition out of EP easier. If I was sticking around EP, I would be using him quarterly. Prices were very fair and staff worked very efficiently.

I hired Rigo for a full house carpet and tile cleaning, he promised 70 to 90% the smell would go away. Previous tenants had pets. Smell did not go away and he suggested changing out the padding and promised a small discount, not only did he not give me the discount he over charged me 45 bucks. Never again.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Rigo and Isaac. He was running a little later than our 10:00 appointment but he contacted me to let me know and then texted me when he was on his way which was very courteous. I had several throw rugs to be cleaned of different sizes - three 8X10 and several smaller ones. Rigo and Isaac moved all of them to the garage so as to protect our wood flooring. I have had these rugs cleaned several times in the past but never as thoroughly. They cleaned and sanitized all of them and they have never looked as good since they were new. I am thrilled with their service!!
