Called Jacob 8pm on Thursday night with an emergency he showed up Friday morning and took of it promptly and professionally. Very kind and courteous and did an excellent service on our pool. Give him a try you will not be disappointed. Thanks Jacob and Aquatech.

The first time Jacob came over, he was great. I had another appointment scheduled several weeks later and he never showed. He never called, never responded to my text, and never answered my calls. This went on for several days. I don't have time to deal with unprofessional service. It seemed so promising. I understand you get busy, but please learn to be professional about it.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the service that I have received so far. Jacob has been very clear with every service that I have received and has been readily available to answer any questions that I have asked. Great services, communication is clear and services are provided as stated by the company. If you are looking for pool service, I strongly recommend that you reach out to Jacob.

Was able to clean my carpet on short notice after a no-show by a different company. Did an amazing job for a lower cost, definitely my first call in the future!!!!!!!

Premier Carpet Cleaning was able to come to my House after a "discount cleaner" came and made them look and smell worse, I was satisfied with the end result. My advice do not fall for the cheap carpet cleaners you get what you pay for!

Since moving to El Paso a few months ago I have used JB Gray’s 3 times and all 3 times they have been professional, accommodating and have done amazing work. They are taking precautions due to COVID-19 such as wearing masks and sanitizing their hands periodically. They have amazing prices and their hours make it easy to work around our work schedule. 10/10 and will use more in the future.

I’ve used JB Grays twice so far and plan on using them more for carpet cleaning services. I first called them for my move out carpet cleaning and they did fantastic a month later I used them again for the carpet and seat cleaning in my SUV and they did not disappoint again. I plan on using them in the future and highly recommend.

I've hired Steam Wizard for the carpet cleaning, and upholstery services a few times over the last 2 ish years, with the most recent one being the air duct cleaning. Every single time the job has been completed very well and I've always been a satisfied customer. Very professional!
