Carlos was on time ready to work, assessed the situation and consulted my wife and me on any additions or issues that came up which is helpful since this was our first time using Steam Wizard. He was thorough and clean with his work and did better than what me or my wife was expecting out of our old couch. Cleaned up promptly after himself and was quick. Not a fan of the spray he used to clean the floor as it left some residue but other than that 10/10 work from start to finish. I recommend getting Carlos if you need a guaranteed good job.

Responded quickly to my needs. Previous tenants left a disgusting mess. Steam Wizard called with 30 minute warning, showed up on time and got right to it. 725 sqft , all tile, only took 1.5 hours. Looked and felt as clean as it smelled. Tile was like new. They went above and beyond.

Absolutely excellent...Cesar was prompt, technically able, and efficient. Carpet and recliner were done with state of the art and functional equipment after thorough recon of problem areas. Fully recommend.

Mark came in and took his time explained the process and answered all of my and my wife’s questions. Our carpet looks brand new and the house smells nicer because of the deodorization process he used. We had the huge master and closet cleaned as well as our hallway, other 2 bedrooms with walk in closets, the stairs, and our 2 area rugs done. Overall, great job! I highly recommend you get a hold of him before the holidays get here.

Ramses & Oscar did a phenomenal job, very friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. They also did a great job tracking where my dog had been urinating and gave me a plan to treat it. 10/10 they left my house smelling great!💐

Amazing service! Carpet looked brand new and Ceasar was super professional and thorough! All 5 bedrooms were cleaned for a great price.

Cesar was very professional and informed us urine pet stains with a black light, which were visible on the carpet and walls. Cesar also took his time in cleaning that carpets and now look as good as new. Cesar is very friendly and his work ethics speak for the quality of work he did on our carpets.

Called Steam Wizard last week for carpet cleaning service due to my dog having an accident in our living room. It was easy to schedule appointment. Cesar came out and was very knowledgeable and efficient. Had them come out today to complete the rest of my house and happy to see Cesar be the one to show up.
