Ramses is incredible. He is fast, efficient with his time, and very meticulous when it comes to his work. There have been the tiniest spots that I seem to miss, but he goes over them instantly, maybe even a couple of times, to make sure every part of the carpet and couches are clean as can be. I called Steam Wizards last minute because the person I had originally hired had an accident and was unable to make it. They were incredibly gracious and able to accommodate me the same day, arriving about an hour after my originally scheduled appointment time.

Steam wizard did a miracle with my carpets and vents cleaning. I never thought an old house like this one would the carpets be brought back to life like this. I recently had the pleasure of working with Ramses from Steam Wizard, and I could not be more impressed with the service. As a credit customer, I truly appreciated how smooth and easy the entire process was. Ramses explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each step before beginning the cleaning.

When it came to cleaning my furniture, Ramses exceeded every expectation. My couches had definitely seen better days, and I was honestly unsure how much improvement was even possible. This company was amazing in helping me out especially Carlos he showed me the before and after and got every detail even helped me move my things out of the way and I originally had ordered the service due to my pets having accidents throughout the house and he was able to show me with the black light the previous stains and explained the process to me and even after pulled out the black light to show me that it was all gone he did a great job and it went by fast

Cesar & Oscar came to do the carpet cleaning in the rental that we were leaving and were great and courteous. They were through in explaining the process they used and paid attention to details like brushing for hair and getting the baseboards clean as well. They even let us choose the scent for the carpets. Great job all around!

Chris came and did an exceptional job restoring my sectional couch. He was very professional and left my 10 yr old couch looking brand new. They don’t mention or advertise Military/Veteran discounts but I asked and he honored it. Overall very happy and I’d recommend them and I would hire them again.

My daughter gave me the best Christmas present ever. She had my living room set steamed. I have 3 chihuahuas who lay on them and sometimes even naw their bones on them Tomas did an amazing job. 100% better than Stanley steamer, who left my house smelling like mildew. I will certainly use them again.

Just had my sectional and ottoman cleaned by Carlos! He did an amazing job, my couch looks brand new and smells amazing. He was fast and professional.
