I had them clean my apartment when I moved out. Let me tell you, it looked way cleaner than when I moved in! They even took all of the trash that I couldn’t haul away myself! Amazing! I refer them constantly!

They came in and did an excellent moving related cleaning on our home. The owners are very professional. We would definitely utilize for cleaning services in the future.

I have a white husky so I needed a miracle and they delivered. They legit pulled out every single strand of dog hair from my carpets. All of them! They wiped down every single thing in my house. If they couldn’t reach it out came the ladder. If they ran out of supplies they just called the cavalry and the supplies came fast. I recommend this business 100% and if you try and haggle them then you don’t respect their cleaning mojo and don’t deserve of their magic.

Hands down best person to call if you need anything done on a move out. His cleaning crew came in and cleaned top to bottom. Did a walkthrough with me an touched up anything I asked them too. Many more services that I didn't use available. Give them a call!!

Outstanding service at a great price. 7 am was the agreed start time and she was there ready to start at 7. Carpets were started at 1pm, all 2200 sqft was finished at 4 and the home looks greats. Could not be happier with Monster.

10 stars! Beto is a magician! Called on a Thursday and set up 10 am Friday to clean carpet. After showing Beto the problem areas I last minute asked him and his crew do the move out whole house cleaning. It wasn’t planned but they accommodated me and made it all happen by 6pm! Cleanest it’s ever looked! Took all the pressure and stress off of me and my wife. Highly recommend!

Monster Carpet and Moveout Cleaning really helped me in a pickle. We had called 2-3 other move out cleaning companies and received the best price from this company. Not only were they a good price, the cleaners showed up on time, worked efficiently, and finished the work with a spotless house. Once the cleaners were done, the owner showed up for quality control. I would hire this company again and highly recommend them.

I was amazed with how quick they coordinated and completed a cleaning service for one of my units. My tenant moving out did not even make an attempt to clean and Monster Cleaning came to save the day! The house was returned to something that I would be proud to rent! Monster Carpet and Move-Out Cleaning is a phenomenal cleaning company. I wanted someone who could do it all, deep clean for move-out and carpets. They were very reasonably priced, extremely knowledgeable and straightforward, punctual, professional, accommodating, and went above and beyond. The owner and his cleaning manager personally inspect the work his employees complete. He requests two days for a job like ours to ensure quality and make sure everything is done to the highest standard. On day one, the lady that came to clean did an ok job. I noticed a couple things she missed that I was ok with touching up, but the owner and cleaning manager arrived shortly after she left to inspect and they noticed several things they weren’t happy with. He told me not to lift a finger, that he would make this right, and he called in his best cleaner the same day. She did an amazing job and the house was spotless!!! On the second day they came to do the carpets. They knocked out four rooms in less than an hour and then reinspected the cleaner’s work. I can’t say enough good things about this company. If I were staying in the area I’d be a return customer for sure and I will definitely recommend their services to anyone I know.

After staying home with a toddler for two months in our efforts to flatten the curve of COVID -19, my house needed attention that I could not provide. Even though we are not moving out, I reached out and they responded the next day and came to give me a quote! After that, we got scheduled in quickly and they came to clean my house as well as deep clean my carpets and my couch. I am so thankful we found them, my house feels brand new again! I highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing clean.

Man! This service was awesome! Took a lot of stress off of me because I was trying to get quotes for a move out cleaning and carpet cleaning and it was a nightmare. I called Monster and they came out and accessed my house on the same day, and started cleaning early the next morning. The cleaning ladies were so detailed and patient in their cleaning. Every inch of the house was cleaned. And right on schedule, the carpet was cleaned when they were done. Honestly, make it easy on yourself and call Monster. You won't regret it!

Customer service at its finest and quality work completed. I was taking care of a move out cleaning situation while out of state. Owner was responsive and had excellent communication to both email and phone calls. The work that was completed was impeccably done. I cannot thank them enough for their help at this time. Found his services by noticing his work van at a light. And was I glad I called.. he provided me with a clear and concise quote. Prompt scheduling and service and friendly staff. He provided me a move-out clean of my place, as well as the carpet! The apartment has never looked better. Called Monster Carpet for our move out cleaning. That same day they came to our house for a quote and explained everything we can expect from their services. On the scheduled day of cleaning, the ladies showed up on time and did a phenomenal job. When they finished, they asked us to check their work while they waited for the owner to arrive and check their work as well. We are very happy with their quality cleaning at a great price. Highly recommended.

I was referred it for my move-in cleaning from my friend. She said they did “crystal clean” her 2100 sqft house so I trusted them. I probably want to say the my friend’s definition of “crystal clean” is different than mine. I found many unsatisfactory spots as attached, and found some dirty parts over two shelves in my guest room. That being said, they didn’t even touch the shelves. They cleaned glass windows very well, though, you want to call move-in cleaning to thoroughly clean less visible sites, right? I might be a picky person but the cleaning service should be pickier than me, I believe. They said they can clean until I am satisfied. However, regarding the initial job they have done, I lost all my expectation on the after-service so I just paid and closed the conversation.
They also charged me as same as they charged my friend for my unfurnished, fairly new 1400 sqft house, which is smaller than her house. Keep it in mind the size of house doesn’t really matter or they use their own standard. I still pushed them forward anyway cause I finished the cleaning as soon as possible before unpacking. Now They charged $60 although they discounted $20 for rescheduling a day before, which means I had to sleep without bedding one more day. Overall, I don’t recommend this service. Even for sofa cleaning, you can find a good deal on facebook marketplace as $40-50.
