Very knowledgeable Matthew was. It was Albert's first day but he was very eager and will learn quickly. Both Mathew and Albert were quite professional and courteous. They did not rush through the process. The equipment used was in good shape except for one of the compressed air hose couplers which leaked a bit. Even so the before and after pictures showed "job well done".

Arrived on time, both Keith & Jimmy explained the process as they cleaned the ducts . As they cleaned , they took before & after pictures . Both courteous & knowledgeable , cleaned up after job was completed. Would recommend this company as cleaning service.

Made an appointment for my 92 year old grandmother to get her carpets cleaned on Tuesday last week. They never showed up, when I called she said we had cancelled which is impossible because I’m the only one that makes the appointments and my grandmother does not have their number to call and cancel. If you couldn’t make it to clean the carpets a call would have been nice instead of cancelling the appointment and never showing up. Do better

Matthew and Jimmy came to my house today to clean and seal the tile and grout in my shower. The difference was night and day! Keith took out so much hair, dirt, and God knows what else. My house smells iso much cleaner and my refrigerated cools so much more throughout the house.

Keith and Angel did a terric job with HVAC duct and vent cleaning my house. Explained everything in detail on what they were doing. Show me photos before and after the work was completed. Plus did not have much to clean up and did it thoroughly. Great teamwork on their part. Highly recommend Keith and Angel at Stanley Steemer.

OMG!! I'm so excited with the job and explanation given on this day. I'm very happy with my tile. It looks way better than when I bought my home. Saratoga never sealed my floor... I'm so happy SS was here to make it all better. The professionalism of these two young men that worked to get this floor ready was amazing. No question went unanswered. 👌

Called for a quote on just a bedroom as my dog had in accident. After I got home the floor looked cleaner (barely) but there was still a smell. I wasnt home so I trusted the person who came to clean did a good job but was pretty disappointed in the service.
