Jimmy is a great technician! Promt and very competent. He did a great job and even gave us hints on how to keep our carpet clean.

Had work done on my daughter’s car, the shop mechanic left grease on the floor of her car and she tracked it in the house by accident. My carpet is white and they actually removed the stain from my carpet. Their work is excellent and I highly recommend them.

The gentleman came and were very courteous. They explained everything and went straight to work. They did an awesome job and will calling in a few weeks to get the grout and tile cleaned as well. They did my stairs and the sectional.

Keith and Jimmy did an excellent job, they were very courteous and have excellent work ethic. They showed us how duct showed before and after cleaning. They also cleaned the tile, this was post installation. Tile looked exc after cleaning. They also moved everything in the house to get the job done.

Be sure to view the itemized bill carefully. I was told a higher price by one of the men and was later told he adjusted the bill. The work was fine, but unfortunately, it turned out some grout replacement would be the best way to solve the main reason I hired them. Not their fault, just don't expect your well worn shower tiles and grout to look as good as their ads.

My experience with the company as a whole wasn’t the best however Keith was amazing. He was kind, honest and very thorough. To be honest if it wasn’t for him I’d never use Stanley again. I expected more out of a company that is known nationwide. Keith is top notch and they are lucky to have him. Thanks Keith!!

Our ducts had never been cleaned (50 years or longer) We expected the job to take five hours or longer. The crew explained everything and finished in about 4 hours. Very satisfied and would recommend this service to anyone needing it.

Jimmy did a terrific job cleaning my buff-colored carpets which REALLY needed a thorough cleaning! He helped move furniture that I was unable to move. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. An all-round professional, excellent employee.

Matthew and Keith were very pleasant to talk too. The work they did on the carpet on 3 rooms was pretty good but the main bedroom and hallway were still dirty so l asked about it and was told it was from constant traffic area.

My old HVAC unit went kaput. While awaiting new unit installation, I called Stanley Steemer of El Paso to clean out the ductwork. They did a meticulous and professional job; the interior s look like new. Thanks to Angel and Keith for their hard work. Appreciate them both.

Very professional, hard working team! Did an excellent job cleaning air and dryer ducts. Polished and sealed my tile kitchen floor and it looks like new! Definitely recommend!
