OMG, they are great! They are always so professional, and come in groups of two or three. They follow up the next day to verify everything was done correctly. Honestly, they have been life-changing for me. I’m not stressed about cleaning my house anymore. I was struggling to keep up between work and taking care of the house and it was getting out of control. They are amazing. I highly recommend them.

Will definitely be rebooking! They were so thorough and kind and easy to work with! They did extra cleaning than I even expected and it was so nice coming home to a clean space. Worth every penny!

We (my wife and I), decided to give Two Maids a try. We were seeking a cleaning service that is an actual business (no offense to the under the table cleaning folks - but it’s a trust / blame type of thing when folks are in our home).

Two Maids sent Ms Margarita and Ms Michelle to our home.

Communication was thorough between Two Maids and the Cleaning Team.

Arrival was within 10 minutes of agreed time.

Cleaning Team had all the required equipment.

Cleaning Team were very polite, professional, and friendly.

Cleaning Team was comfortable with cleaning while we were home, and, with my two larger sized dogs in the house.

Cleaning Team did a very good job. Mind you, our house was dirtier than it should have been. So, while there were one-two minimal areas that I could tell received attention but felt could’ve received more, I also take into consideration that as (we) maintain things like dusting, and Two Maids continues this same level of cleaning on a monthly basis, it’ll be “better” over time. I.E., the house will be inherently cleaner the next time they arrive, and given they conduct same level of cleaning, the house will be cleaner, cleaner lol.

I’m comfortable enough with the price, the staff, the communications and the quality of service. We will continue using this service on a monthly basis.

I hired Two Maids for their Deep Cleaning service, expecting their most thorough cleaning as advertised. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The service promised extra time and attention to detail on "vertical surfaces," but they missed multiple areas: parts of the kitchen counters were untouched, at least one bathroom floor was not mopped, and they failed to move or clean under kitchen stools, the sideboard, or beds. Cabinets were still dusty, and our walk-in closet wasn’t vacuumed.

I paid $600 for a service that fell far short of expectations. I took special care to organize and declutter beforehand, then stepped out to give them space to work, but it didn’t make a difference. What was meant to be a treat for my family and me turned into a frustrating and upsetting experience.

If you’re considering Two Maids for a deep clean, think twice. This was far from the “thorough” service they promised.

Destiny and Yvette were absolutely amazing! I could not have asked for nicer people to come to our home. They took so much pressure off of us with cleaning before a bunch of family came into town. They were so calm and were able to work around us all day and our dogs. Our home was spotless when they left!

The cleaning lady’(s) from Two Maids were great. Cleaned like it was their own place. Pleasant to talk with as well. It’s so great in this day of high prices & inflation to actually receive a great service and get your $$ worth. Cheers to

Two Maids provides great service at a reasonable price. They are very professional and adaptable, as they work with you to focus their cleaning efforts on your needs each service. I highly recommend them!

So thats yalls answer?You charge full price? No cancelation fee? You just take people money at full price? Even when they call and try to find options. You offered none when I talked to you people. Do NOT use this company. They will stiff you and steal you lr money, offer no alternative, and then never answer their phone 90% of the time. Also, there cleaners sometimes clean well, so dont expect miracles. All you had to do was give me back my money, a cancelation fee was expected, but to flat out charge me without my authorization? Yeah, I will be going to every social forum I can to tell people about this shady unethical business. You think you can just take my money? Well, two can play that game. I got nothing, but time and a grievance. So, enjoy something you could have done in the beginning, and valued the customer. Your retention level will go down because people need to be informed about this kind of unethical behavior. You did not even ask if you could charge my card and I dont want to hear policy. I will be have my lawyer going over that policy. I just want it to be know. Do not do business with these people.

Okay, 2 maids. We are gonna have it out and I am gonna spend my entire next month writing nothing but the truth about your shady business practices. If I was anyone reading this I would never trust there people. They steal money without authorization from the card holder and it would make sense to have a cancel fee. That is not what these crooked people will do, but they will boil it down to a yes of no text. That text then gives them a power of god to take full price for the clean. 120 dollars gone in an instant and not service will be rendered. Want to call them back? Tough, they don't answer. Well, I can promise this to you. I will be making the rounds on all forums for the next few weeks. This business is a scam and the people running it are world class crooks.

Katherine & Opal were phenomenal. They went above and beyond in every possible way and exceeded all expectations. Being on a time crunch, it’s been a minute since my home has looked or felt this clean — every detail was handled with care and intention. Every maid sent to the house has been wonderful. They are efficient, pleasant and careful. We now have a dedicated team of two maids, who are excellent. We could not be happier with the service. Eduarda in the office is very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Scheduling is never an issue. The maids come as planned monthly and are always on time. The rates seem reasonable for what is done. Everything sparkles when they are finished. We are grateful for the wonderful service. We do the deep clean twice a year, and the monthly service. It's an excellent company. The maids like working for the Two Maids company. It shows. They always want to do a good job, and they do!
