BAD SERVICE AND DISRESPECT PEOPLE!!
I talk to a "manager" and we had a deal to come at 10 am to clean two rugs 7x9 and 7x10 , after couple calls someone showed up at 1 pm from another company and he told me that somebody called him to cover this job.
and he didnt want to do the job and he wanted his own pric!!.
i called the "manager" again and he said well that the rug is too big and new price is $85 for each and he hung up on me without any respect>
he disrespectful and and non profissional at all.
Rememeber we pay for the service so we expect good service and repect>

I'm a maintenance at apartment complexes. And I have dealt with the owner personally . These people are fast and efficient they don't complain and they get the job done they work around the clock 24/7. One of the best employees out there his name is Lalo this dude is badass he gets a job done. Thank you Beto.

Mr. Renteria and his crew were very professional. They cleaned our office carpets and still came back 2 days later to check their work. I would certainly recommend Enhanced CC to anyone.

I was given an estimate and they never showed up to perform the agreed estimate service.

I would give one star for the results but I’m giving 2 stars because the gentleman that did the job worked hard and was very professional.
But the results were not good. I admit my carpets had many pet stains, however my carpets smelled so much worse than prior to the service that we ended up ripping out the carpet. We put fans and opened the windows as instructed but the carpets were still wet between the carpet and carpet pad three days later causing the intense and overwhelming odor.
Had I known what the results would be I would have saved $540 and just ripped out the carpets to begin with.

We had our air ducts clean. We moved into this home over two years ago, and did not know if the air duct have ever been cleaned, or not. Stanley steamer came in professionally, and were very thorough and clean. I would recommend them to anyone. And, we will use them again.

Purchased a new house and decided to have it cleaned prior to moving in. Saw an add and decided to give them a try. They came on time however left a mess and didn't even clean very well. Animal hairs are still being found all over the place. The rug still smells. I can't recommend them. Use someone else. These people are a waste of money!!!

Enrique was very prompt arriving to my home for the services and did a very professional job with cleaning our vents as well as with cleaning the tile/grout in our house. The service was completed earlier than expected, too. Great job! I highly recommend Stanley Steemer. We’ve used them several times and have never been disappointed.

The two guys that came to our home, were absolutely wonderful. They explained what they were going to do and they were done before I knew it. We will defiantly use Stanley Steamer again. Merry Christmas to everyone. 🎄

Company came out and cleaned my ducts, but every time the AC came on all my furniture would get dusty. I called and Andrew immediately told me they would clean them again at no charge. I am very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Stanley Steamer to clean your ducts.

A side from being polite, informative and on time, Keith did an amazing job on my sofa and Love seat that have never been cleaned. Dining room chairs look great! Thank you Keith keep up the good work. I would absolutely use this service again and recommended it for furniture cleaning!
