I had carpets cleaned in my house and I had just got some retouch done on the house such as .painting and mr Mike did damage to my walls with his equipment .he should be careful when he does his work but overall the carpets looked great

I hired Mike to clean my up stairs bed rooms hall way and stairs. He came and did them right away. They were dry the next morning! I had a minor issue where they still smelled after I asked for the “dog cleaning” service and he told me there was nothing he could do about the smell but I hired someone else for a different opinion and they got rid of the smell. Not using his services any longer. Look elsewhere.

Mike is an honest, hard working individual and customers are satisfied with his services. Mike has an outstanding carpet cleaner mounted in his van that provides great steam cleaning and suction to remove dirty water extracted from carpets. I had a great experience with this company. Mike cleaned the carpets in my home. He left them looking new, he was efficient and clean. His pricing was also very good. I came away very happy with the quality of service provided.

This guys attitude is the worst. Didn’t get services done by him had a different interaction with him on my street speeding down it and when he was behind me he was tailgating me, when I called to complain he’s the one who answered the phone and said I was stopped in the middle of the road when I have to slow down to turn. Learn to be a better driver and not speed down this street.. be a better person and not a road rage driver.. some of these people your road raging could be your next customer.. think about this post before you get services from this guy..imagine this attitude in your home. Horrible job done and bad customer service. Paid to clean the carpet in 3 rooms and a hall. The man finished super fast and left zebra stripes of dirty carpet. Black spots were left throughout rooms and carpet honestly looks dirtier now. The carpet was left with a wet musty smell. Tried to reach out and he didn’t respond. Would not recommend. Plus didn’t even have the courtesy of asking if he could connect to our water. He just left and didn’t even say how long to stay off carpet. Rude. Waste of money and time.

Mike’s Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job. I called around 11:00 AM and Mike said he would be at my house around 4:00 PM the same day.

Mike arrived at my house around 3:20 PM and began working right away. Three room later and one hour, he was done. I was highly impressed.

His cleaning machine is powerful and allows him to work efficiently and quickly.

His prices are very reasonable and well worth every penny.

Aqua Tek made appointment to clean my pool on two separate occasions, but never showed or called to cancel. Not very professional to string customers along.
