I got Allie for organizing and light cleaning. She did an amazing job and was very efficient and she knew exactly how I wanted and needed things done. I would not hesitate to personally ask for her for my housekeeping needs.

Lawn service started great and we referred many people. As the company grew, however, quality declined markedly--particularly relating to timeliness. Often they would show up on the wrong day or not at all. Whereas the service originally included removal and disposal of all lawn debris, they began filling up our garbage cans with it. When we politely requested better communication about scheduling, the response was rather rude. The straw that broke the camel's back was when they once again showed up 2 days late with no notice and, when we again requested advance notice of rescheduling, we were told, "why don't I just tell my guy to quit right now and leave?!" Yes, they threatened to leave mid-job of a long-time customer with a half-mowed lawn. We agreed, paid, and fired them.

We were also told that they're, "just too busy with their commercial accounts to have to deal with residential now." So take them at their word--if you're looking for a residential lawn care service, look elsewhere.

West Texas Property solutions is a great company. I’m a cancer patient and needed help cleaning my home. The ladies that cleanedwere amazing, professional and very nice. I recommend it, they do a great job!!

Such a great service! They sent two ladies to do a top to bottom cleaning- they even washed each of the prisms from our chandelier. It shines beautifully now! Highly recommend this company!

Called many landscaping companies and West Texas were the only ones to respond fast and get me quoted on the first day. They came out and finished the work in less days than we had agreed and their work was still good and quality. They put artificial grass, made a pergola, and fixed my front yard with cement and scenery. Great job and their workers were all professional and efficient. I will be hiring them to complete my front yard work!

The service was not reliable, they were supposed to come to clean my house two times and they didn't show up, the third time the owner showed up and did a very good job. The next two times she send a crew of ladies to clean, she did not supervise, I did not know when they left the house. The third time they came to clean I noticed some things that I didn't like, they did not do the fans with the swifter, the backsplash of my stove was not clean, when I address these issues with the owner she addressed them with the crew but did not schedule another cleaning. If the owner pushes you to write a review wait until you have had some days after the first cleaning. I found another service that was more affordable and did a better job for the price. Do not recommend this service.

Excellent service by owner and staff. Excellent deep clean, plus my first of several regular cleanings. I look forward to their next visit. My house looks and smells clean. Owner is very nice and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

After calling out to several companies, they were the first to answer and respond. We were very happy that they did. It’s a classic “mom and pop” company. Great customer service and attention to detail. Personal care and attention were straight from the owners. They were right on schedule and made us feel confident throughout the service. And to top it off, we felt their pricing was very fair and competitive. We highly recommend them and will likely do business with them again in the future.

I hired West TX property solutions for a deep clean then regular monthly cleaning. I had a couple of issues the first two times, but Stephanie tired to make it right. This last time the young lady Stephanie sent to clean she did a great job. Allie was open to me reviewing the house with her once her work was completed. I’m very please with Allie’s cleaning.

I have 3 kids, 2 dogs, and a 4 bedroom house. I am also a disabled vet so doing some things isn't possible. The service they provided was really excellent and is definitely worth the money. My house feels lighter and more enjoyable. I felt bad for the ladies cleaning cause they got to the house at 8am and didn't want to leave until the job was done at 7pm. They even came back the next morning to put some final touches on the oven. They did a super job.

Best cleaning service I've worked with! The cleaners are very professional and attentive. They add small details making each cleaning feel like a high end cleaning. Coming home after a cleaning always feels peaceful and like a full reset.

Company responded promptly and easy to schedule. Unfortunately, I tried 2 of their cleaners on two different occasions and was not satisfied. I reached out to the company in an attempt solve this issue but instead I received a mediocre discount and was left feeling like I paid $100 for sweeping and mopping considering that everything else was dirty and incomplete. When hiring a cleaning service I expect high quality service and that was not the case.
