The employees they send to clean are professional, friendly, and responsive to requests or specific instructions/preferences w your cleaning routine.

We have also always had positive and responsive communication from the owner, Jaime, and office manager Eduarda.

Wow! Two Maids was awesome. Denisse and Cynthia arrived on time, cleaned the entire house and the tile floors look great. Communication with office and cleaning options were clearly explained and the prices are great for the service performed. We sing up for weekly cleaning and cant wait to let Two Maids clean the house so I can finally relax lol. Thanks again!

It was easy to book the service online and get an estimated quote for our house so we knew what the cost would be upfront based on our cleaning needs. The cleaning team was professional and thorough, doing an excellent job with the Premium Biweekly package of services to keep everything tidy and well maintained.

My first cleaning was excellent! My floors and ceiling fans were free of dust. My house looked phenomenal once they were done! Definitely looking forward to reoccurring cleanings.

I have been using Two Maids for the past couple of months and I love it. The people have all been very hard workers, great at organizing my messy home, and really nice people.
It's so easy to arrange cleanings on a regular schedule. You can pay online with a card. I've recommended them to several of my friends.

Destiny and Wendy were very professional, friendly and constantly checking in with me during the cleaning. Jaime was very attentive as well. My apartment looks beautiful.

I decided for health reasons to go with a professional maid service. The maids were friendly, spoke English, and worked quietly and quickly. They did not do the inside windows or shutters included in the quote. Also, my credit card was charged more than what I was expecting.

I called and talked with the owner, and he was nice. But he upped the price I was given even more with the maids doing less work.

Considering it is only me and my hubby, the house doesn't get dirty enough to pay out a thousand dollars a month.

I hired this " cleaning " company for a deep clean, the day of the service two women showed up an in less than an hour they were done with a "deep clean". The job was so rushed that they missed so many spots. I contacted the company and i never received a resolution for my poor experience with Two Maids, and I was misled about receiving compensation for the bad service, I am very disappointing that I can no longer continue with this company, especially after looking forward to the experience so much. I was looking forward to a weekly cleaning but unfortunately that wont be the case. It's been 4 days since the service, and I have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication really shows how little you care about your customers. Please help yourself and do not hire this company. Jamie Candelaria does not care about the customer experience. Another note is that they ask for a tip with out even completing the job!!!!!

Brianna and Michelle went over and beyond with my house cleaning. My daughter when she came home said "It feels like heaven!" Not only did she enjoy it but, my husband also noticed the big difference. These ladies Rock!!! Looking forward to my next cleaning. One less thing for me to worry about

It was so easy to book a one time deep cleaning. They came and cleaned everything very well. They even cleaned the stairs. I will now have maintenance cleaning. It is such a relief knowing that dusting and mopping will no longer be on my to-do list.

Our house went from yuck to WOW! in just a couple hours. The women were amazing, the work outstanding, and I can't wait to use Two Maids again. Outstanding!!!!

Two Maids does a great job cleaning every corner of our home. They take their time making sure all surfaces are cleaned and dusted. Even objects I don't think about are cleaned making me enjoy our home that much more. They vacuum the rugs, switch out the sheets, and even do the dishes.

Edit: we’ve discontinued service. Mostly due to finding some of our items broken. I get that things might break while moving them around but the cleaner never mentioned anything about breaking the items.

OMG, they are great! They are always so professional, and come in groups of two or three. They follow up the next day to verify everything was done correctly. Honestly, they have been life-changing for me. I’m not stressed about cleaning my house anymore. I was struggling to keep up between work and taking care of the house and it was getting out of control. They are amazing. I highly recommend them.

Will definitely be rebooking! They were so thorough and kind and easy to work with! They did extra cleaning than I even expected and it was so nice coming home to a clean space. Worth every penny!
