Be sure to view the itemized bill carefully. I was told a higher price by one of the men and was later told he adjusted the bill. The work was fine, but unfortunately, it turned out some grout replacement would be the best way to solve the main reason I hired them. Not their fault, just don't expect your well worn shower tiles and grout to look as good as their ads.

My experience with the company as a whole wasn’t the best however Keith was amazing. He was kind, honest and very thorough. To be honest if it wasn’t for him I’d never use Stanley again. I expected more out of a company that is known nationwide. Keith is top notch and they are lucky to have him. Thanks Keith!!

Our ducts had never been cleaned (50 years or longer) We expected the job to take five hours or longer. The crew explained everything and finished in about 4 hours. Very satisfied and would recommend this service to anyone needing it.

Jimmy did a terrific job cleaning my buff-colored carpets which REALLY needed a thorough cleaning! He helped move furniture that I was unable to move. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. An all-round professional, excellent employee.

Matthew and Keith were very pleasant to talk too. The work they did on the carpet on 3 rooms was pretty good but the main bedroom and hallway were still dirty so l asked about it and was told it was from constant traffic area.

My old HVAC unit went kaput. While awaiting new unit installation, I called Stanley Steemer of El Paso to clean out the ductwork. They did a meticulous and professional job; the interior s look like new. Thanks to Angel and Keith for their hard work. Appreciate them both.

The owner from Diaz Company misrepresented his services. He claimed he would neutralize the urine odor but failed to do so. He charged us $80 for less than five minutes of work, applying a liquid that worsened the smell. When questioned, he stated it would take days or weeks to take effect, which was not our original agreement, and the smell was never neutralized, instead it became stronger even with the window opened after 3 weeks.

The smell became unbearable, and he refused to acknowledge the issue. When I refused to pay, he threatened me physically and when kicked out of my home he began causing a scene outside my home in front of neighbors until I paid him to leave.

After this experience, I was told to report him to the following agencies for deceptive practice and for threatening us.
