House Cleaning reviews in El Paso, Texas

Please stay away from this company. I don’t know if they had all their family members and friends write reviews but they are fake! My family just bought a brand new home and haven’t moved in yet. We hired them because we wanted to keep the pool clean for the kids. The pool never looked cleaned after visits. We finally decided to hire someone else and they told us the pool had a bacteria and now we have to wait 3 weeks. I think they fooled us. I don’t usually write reviews but this time around it has to be done. My kids went in that nasty looking water because of them and I’m so angry!!!! STAY AWAY please!!!!! The first photo attached is right before it got “cleaned”! And the second one is how the past owners of the house had their pool. You can clearly see the BIG difference. Don’t let this happen to you please.

Eddie + team are fantastic! They’ve been extremely kind and patient with us, as first time pool owners. They’re consistent, communication is super pleasant and prompt and they’re really just a great group of people. Pricing is fair and affordable, nothing tricky or confusing. We’re lucky to have found them, and would absolutely recommend giving Eddie a call ASAP! Thank You, Eddie + team- we can’t wait for it to warm up!!

This buisness will mess you over so I would tell people to just becareful giving you a heads up

Do not use this pool service. They are terrible. Almost burned out the pump.

The company has billed me for services I previously paid; 3 times. They are incompetent

Great pool company , they got the job done , and answered any concerns i had about the chemicals in the water.

They come to clean my pool weekly for the last 10 years and I’m really happy with the service, I saw some bad reviews here but I think the people that are happy with the services do not have the time to come and write so now I took the time to highly recommend them.

Needed new pool service company and chose these guys due to glowing reviews. Two guys showed up at my house at 7:30 in the evening. I was in a bathrobe getting ready for bed but answered door anyway. Neither guy
spoke a word of english and my spanish is very limited. They did not seem to know what I needed although I had explained in detail to the office. After failing to communicate they left. I have called several times today to cancel but no one answers and a recorded message says I have reached a different
number than is in website add!! NO STARS

If I could give negative stars I would. I called them to take care of my pool and set up an appointment to have them come. They never showed or called with an explanation. I set up another appointment and again no call / no show. This happened 2 more times. On the final attempt they said they would be there on Sunday before 5 and they called on Tuesday to try to reschedule by that time we just took the pool down. I can't believe they are still in business.

We've been fortunate enough to have Jose as an installer, consultant, repairman, & maintenance guy for our pool needs for many years now. We've utilized his services too many times to count, and feel lucky to have found someone with his experience and professional attitude.

they have the best customer service for cleaning your swimming pool, i have been a customer since 2009. they always come on time every week, they never miss my dates, when i call they always answer the phone even at 7.00pm. they are open 7 days a week.
all my neighbors love their servies too. my pool is always blue and the guys save me money on rapirs as they always give me discount to clean my filter and repair the pump.

El Paso Pool and Spa Services do fantastic work! We have been using them for over a year now and they have great work ethic and a professionalism that exceeds my expectations for pool servicing. They are accomodating for scheduling and billing needs and their pricing is very reasonable especially for our DE filter cleaning and repair. Very much recommending them to anyone who needs pool/spa servicing or repair!

I used this company to clean my swimming pool often, they also clean my filter, they are very honest people and nice, when I was out of town they did the favor to feed my dogs for me. I highly recommend them since they are always doing a good job. Sometimes they can be late but they do show up and do a good job and the repairs are affordable. Keep up the good work guys.

After they came and clean the pool, woke up and the whole pool was drained, no water at all, the pump got burned and other weird stuff started happening after, wouldn’t recommend their service and this is the first review I make in my life because this is how bad it was

El Paso pools cleaned my green pool, fixed my pump and filter, I called 5 companies for an estimate they were the best price and service. I have used them since 2019. I recommended their services.

I was really satisfied with the work then and the price is awesome 9.95 per room

Please don’t hire this carpet cleaner. He only cleans parts of the carpet not all of it and doesn’t remove stains up charges after his original quote and the carpet is still filthy I have the video and pictures to prove it

Decided to go with this cleaner since my friend recommended and the price was really cheap but....you get what you pay for... all of the bedroom carpets came out crunchy and stiff after it dried... I could of done the same with the carpet shampooer I have at home.

I gave one star only because I can't give zero stars. I was at work so couldn't make any arrangements with him; my wife had to handle it. The only good thing I can say is he was early but job was lacking. My wife had to point things out to him that should have been cleaned initially and when it came time to pay he decides to mention a sales tax increase which was never mentioned throughout the quote. His line of work does qualify to charge sales tax but you need to have a permit to do so. Sales tax is sales tax and I'm okay with that but at least mention it throughout the negotiation. Lastly, one of the reviews above by Paul Chavez, that's him; he's reviewing his own company. He'll say things like "corporate" or "they" but if you look him up on BBB you'll see him as owner

Punctual, professional, responded quickly and provided services the next day. My carpets look great and they got all the pet odors out. Will definitely use their services again. Highly recommend.
