Personally I liked the work they did. My couch had a lot of stains and they were all removed. After the couch dried it was hard, but I know that it cannot dry and be soft. After some time the couch came back to the way it usually feels. The price did not go up from the original price. I was satisfied with their work. When they finished, they told me to give them a call if something didn't came out good. So this tells me that if my couch had turned out with some left over stains, dirt, sticky residue, etc. I could have called them and they would've came back and fix what ever it was.

Spend the extra $15-$20 on a company that’s going to care if they clean your carpets clean/good enough. He rushed through the job and my carpets don’t really look any different. Some pet stains are still visible and just an overall okay job, nothing great. My carpet also had a sticky residue when it dried. I’ve had my carpets cleaned before and they used different equipment and did so much better. Never again.

The owner Jonathan is very rude and unprofessional, was a loyal customer for over a year but cut all ties after being spoken to in such a degrading way. Would not recommend this company.

I would not recommend True Blue Pool service , I had them cleaning my pool for 8 years never had a complaint tell now , he started showing poor business ethics and customer service toward the end .Discontinued his services.

Jonathan was great! Helped me resolve the issue with my pool filter and even provided recommendations for other items needed.

Had Rick come out to work on my pool filters. As a first-time pool owner, I was impressed with the on time and professional service. All questioned answered and great suggestions made. Will definitely be using this company a lot.

True Blue was sent to us by our warranty company. We filed the claim on Friday, they called same day and said they could come Monday morning at 8:00 AM. They where here on time, fixed the motor in minutes and had everything done, cleaned up quickly. Good Job True Blue!

Jonathan came through with a quick appointment for an inspection of a pool in a house I just purchased. He gave me some good advice on how to get my pool in top shape. I appreciated his services and recommend him to anyone.

These people go above and beyond the everyday expectation of customer service and work ethic. Everyone is CPO certified and even though they are busy and all booked up for the summer season, they still took the time out to help and teach us (on several occasions) how to maintain our pool with excellence.

After several not so great experiences with other pool services, True Blue was a breath of fresh air for us: when we needed them most - they came through every time!

Jonathan and his crew are awesome! I had a quote to repair a broken heater for over $700 from another company for a defective computer module. Jonathan showed me the problem was a very simple and less costly repair. He also helped by cleaning the tiles and is now our weekly pool cleaning service. Team is very polite, respectful, and does a great job! He has been in business for over 10 years.

I have had him service my pool for 10 years and I have never once found him to be rude or do a subpar job. My pool has been complimented for it's clarity and cleanliness often! He was the only service to really make my pool True Blue. His prices are affordable and his knowledge is great when it comes to pumps, heaters, and filter systems. I cannot praise his work enough.

Worked on our pools entire system. It was substantial replacement because our system is over 20 years old. They did a great job on the pump and filter area. Have used them several times. Love their work! I Recommend them to anybody!

They were very professional and worked with our Home Warranty Company to get both of our pool equipments replaced and repaired.They showed up on time, we all know how important this is! Used True Blue through American Home Sheild. I had a problem with clogged/failed valve on the suction side of the pump. They identified the problem quickly and repaired it. They also identified a leak in the union with the pipes on the pump side, which they fixed. After the repair there was still a persistent leak and they came back no questions asked to repair the job appropriately. I think the receptiveness to an issue identified after a work order is very important and their professionalism keeps them at 5 stars. Pump works great now. Very happy with the service.

I am very happy that I found True Blue for my pool repairs. They have been wonderful. They have always returned my calls immediately, helped me diagnose problems over the phone, come out the same day I have called and kept me updated on my repairs. They have all been been very professional, friendly, helpful, and very efficient. There has only been one other company I have trusted but he has retired so I will definitely use True Blue from now on.

I have been referred to them by my home warranty a couple of times to fix issues with my pump. they have always been very thorough, timely, and have done a great job. Their communication is excellent compared to other service providers in El Paso. I highly recommend without reservation.
