Exceptional Service and Professionalism

I’ve been consistently impressed with Maintenance Unlimited Janitorial’s services. Their attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a spotless environment are second to none. The team is professional, reliable, and always goes above and beyond to meet our needs. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or an urgent request, they handle everything with utmost care and efficiency. Make sure you keep an eye on their employees. We were charged for 3 weekly cleanings but they only showed up twice a week. They don't sweep, just mop dirty floors with dirty water. They use the same cloth to clean bathrooms, wipe floors, wipe desks, wipe kitchen counters, wipe kitchen table, clean dishes, etc. They go through trash and take things out. These pictures were taken the morning after their cleaning person "cleaned".

Maggie Came right away! I was in a bind I called Maggie literally like five hours before my inspection And I was still packing up boxes😬 she showed up ready! In an out fast I was so happy with her work she was amazing I moved out with no charges and she even manages to get the slime out of the carpet for me ! SLIME like REAL SLIME!! And the oven!?!?! #spotless!

I found Maggie's Home Cleaning Co. via Google search and was impressed with all of the positive reviews, so I gave them a call. I spoke with Maggie and explained that I had a rather extreme, complicated, odiferous, cleaning/sanitizing job in a large home and that I needed a crew to come help an ailing senior who's home became unliveable. Maggie listened to my request and told me she would help as she has an interest in assisting seniors. Maggie visited the home and did a walk-thru prior to sending the quote for the cleaning. Maggie was extremely patient with me over several weeks as I tried to arrange the dates for the clean-up with the homeowner. The day finally arrived and Maggie and her crew showed up on time. Everyone was absolutely amazing. Maggie and her crew were kind, gentle and respectful with the homeowner and myself, and expressed zero judgements based on the condition of the home. I didn't hear one complaint from anyone. Not one!! The cleaning took only 2 full days, whereas I thought it would have taken much longer. They worked so hard on every aspect of the large home. Her crew members worked independently on different tasks as well as worked well together. They paid great attention to detail, and took special care both inside and outside the home. The home is now clean and sanitized and bright and airy. The garbage was hauled away, the odors are gone, the home is a home again. Maggie and her crew vastly helped improve a senior's life for the better. I hold deep gratitude and appreciation towards her and her amazing crew. Thank you, Maggie.
