I had a family member just recently get serviced from this company paid a 1000 for leak repair and still leaking they refuse to even come out and check out why it's still leaking... been scammed

Alex was the sweep, he showed up on time, was very professional, did a great job and cleaned everything up when finished. He was also patient with my questions. I highly recommend this company.

The people at Southwest Chimney are just fabulous! They cleaned my ducts perfectly!!! From my furnace to every inch of duct in my house! They also gave me an education on what QUALITY duct cleaning is about! We highly recommend them.

Called looking to convert my fireplace from wood burning to gas logs. I got the feeling that they weren't interested in my business. Advised me to hire a plumber then drive to their showroom to talk to them. I was expecting them to look at my fireplace, then advise me how to proceed.

Received good advice and recommendations prior to purchasing fireplace glass doors. Installation went well as well as used chimney sweep services. Would highly recommend this company.

Wow! Amazing. My fireplace works, and it's in good condition. Had to set up an appt and the agent who helped me set it up went through a few things that could be wrong with it. That helped me understand the process and set up the appt because I decided it needed a cleaning, by the sounds of things.

When the gentleman came out to clean, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home and fam. Thank you for your work and ensuring my fireplace is safe to use for our hot chocolate nights ☕

These guys have an absolutely excellent vent cleaning service. I had my refrigerated air system cleaned out. I have a bad pet allergy, and every time the air would come on in the past, I would start sneezing like crazy because the previous owner had several cats and dogs, so there was a lot of pet dander still built up in the vents that I could see with a flashlight. But now, the air is no longer stuffy, and I can finally breathe again, and the vents are like new. They also opened up another air intake vent on the other side of the intake space to put less strain on the motor, because at times the solo air intake was lacking in delivering heavy airflow to the system. They also installed new vent registers to control airflow throughout the house, room by room. Also, they cleaned the lint buildup out of my dryer vent which prevents the third most common fire of all, dryer lint fires. It may seem like an expensive service, but it is worth it to save money in future medical bills by having clean breathing air. I can't recommend these guys enough. I actually feel more energized now that I have fresh air again. Heh, I know this review may sound exaggeratedly good, but trust me, it's not. If you were me, you would call these guys again every 5-7 years to keep the vents clean of allergens.

I requested an appt and pricing for an inspection and i never got a call back the guy just showed up told me what was wrong within 5 mins and just charged me $179. They need to be upfront with customers
