The unit works awesome which is awesome . The install job was messy and took too long. Left me 2 days with no air in the room. Seemed like no one was on the same page. Kept getting told that they where told one thing and that the install turned out to be different then what they where prepared for. So they came unprepared the first day without any materials they needed for the job.

I told the technician that there was a foul odor coming from the HVAC system when the heating would turn on, and the guy looked at me like I was delusional and just said the air filter needed to be replaced and wanted to charge me $116. What a joke. I hired someone else bc the furnace stopped working altogether.

What a professional company!! Best place to get all your hvac & refrigeration excellent service & reliable. Don’t search anywhere else you won’t be disappointed.

We had bought a new HVAC system from another company about 4 months ago in anticipation of the summer here in El Paso. We felt that we had received a great deal paying $6,200.00 for the new HVAC system. The end of May we decided to have 28 solar panels installed on our roof. Looking forward to a new HVAC system and solar we thought that we had made some great decisions for our home. Much to our disappointment we still had larger electric bills than most of our neighbors that didn't have solar, needless to say we were not happy.
So, we called Expert HVAC to come out and look at our system and help us with what was going on with why we still had an electric bill after having had 28 solar panels installed on our roof. Eric the owner came out and did an inspection on our HVAC system and our insulation in the attic He found that we needed to add insulation and that the duct work needed to be replaced due to age because it was leaking air in to the attic. He also looked at the new HVAC system that we had installed a few months earlier and said that it wasn't installed correctly and it wasn't energy efficient. He suggested that we replace the unit. Shortcuts had been taken as there was not a permit pulled and that it only took 6 hours to install it.
I was quoted a price for a new system and I only was given $3,000.00 for my current system. They came out and put a complete new energy efficient HVAC system, Amana System 5Ton 20 seer in our home. Additionally, they insulated the attic and the garage with 12" of new insulation and replaced all the ducts. In the utility closet they added a newly constructed OBD vent. This all was done for a reasonable price.
They took the time to came out to explain how the system works and how it is going to save us money on our electric bill.
The installers were very efficient and professional. They cleaned up as they were working.
If your planning on having a new system installed I would highly recommend Expert to come out and look at your home. They will look at everything and that it is working properly.
Don't trust people that just sell you anything and take shortcuts just to make a buck. Make sure who ever you use pulls permits so it can be inspected and to make sure everything is up to code.

After a late, overpriced quote from the first company, Expert showed up fast, listened, and delivered smarter options for the same price. Eric was sharp, transparent and low-pressure, Jesus and crew were efficient, kind, and professional—even checked in on my wife, recovering from surgery. Financing was easy, install was smooth, and we’re thrilled. No hesitation—call Expert.

I'm absolutely blown away by the team that upgraded our home from a swamp cooler to central air.

They were mostly a very young looking group of gentlemen, but they were so respectful and hard-working- I've never seen a group with this kind of work ethic. They began cleaning up after themselves the moment they started working, and they consistently exceeded our expectations. Every single detail was done in a way that makes me think they would've wanted their own home taken care of the same way. They even were careful and respectful with the language they used in our home, even when they thought we couldn't hear them. I'm not sure who was singing to themselves, but it was all just the sweetest behavior I've ever seen.

On top of that, we had an issue Friday night, after the guys had left, expecting to return Monday morning. We called the number in the app, and a technician came out at 9 p.m. on a Friday night and narrowed it down until it worked again. He ensured us he would update the team coming out on Monday, who further ensured we would be fully taken care of.

These guys were patient with us moving our dogs around, and just the best bunch of guys. I don't think anyone enjoys having strangers in their home, but I never once felt any stress about having them around. I'm certain their parents are very proud of the young men they've raised. 10/10 will absolutely recommend them to anyone I know.

My old HVAC system finally gave out, but I couldn’t be happier with the team at Expert Refrigeration for making the replacement process so easy. From start to finish, they were courteous, professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain my options and handled the installation efficiently.
