Zero Stars! From the moment I called, I got a terrible vibe. The guy on the phone was shockingly unprofessional and rude—maybe he was having a bad day, but that's no excuse. I brushed it off, thinking he might be busy, and scheduled an appointment for an A/C replacement quote. He gave me a window of 9am-12pm. Guess what? They never showed up. I get that it's the middle of summer and they're probably swamped, but a simple courtesy call would've been nice.
The real kicker? I wasn't just looking to replace the A/C in my personal property; this was also a trial run for my investment properties. I own several apartments and am in the market to replace all the units too. Congratulations, guys—you just lost a massive sale.

I have a mixed review. We got our unit 4 months ago. Installation went well, they were on time and efficient. No problems there. However since then, our unit has gone out 2 times already. The first was wires that were not connected properly. This second time they said it was a fuse. This has been frustrating. Both times however they did make it to our home the same day and the problem was fixed quickly, an hour or less.

If I am giving honest feedback back I feel the communication with the people who answer the calls could be improved upon. Both times I called when our unit was down I had to call them back myself as I had not heard from them after 4- 5 hours of the initial call. When I called them back they were able to give me an estimated time of arrival for service.

I appreciate that they have always had someone come to service our unit the same day and get it working quickly as well.

UPDATE: There was absolutely nothing wrong with our new unit. The unit was bigger than our old one and required more power. Because of that it kept tripping the fuse. Eric recommended the electrician he uses to change out our fuse box, who by the way was also very good). Eric was prompt to solve the problem and was dedicated to ensuring we were taken care of. I highly recommend him. I changed my rating to 5 star for the great service we received!

Update: We did use them in the future. Got our HVAC cleaned/serviced before we turn it on for the season. Again great service! Thank you, Jesus. Much appreciated.

We called and they were out the next day. In about an hour, our AC was working for a more than responsible price. More importantly, the technician was kind and helpful with the explanation of the issue. We will definitely use them for any future hvac service.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. I reached out to Expert HVAC through Facebook Messenger at 10 pm, and to my surprise, I received a response back by 11 pm the same night.

Michael came out the very next day, a Saturday, at 9 am. The service was not only prompt but also incredibly affordable. Michael quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my HVAC system. His professionalism, efficiency, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience stress-free.

I am so glad I decided on this company for my HVAC system replacement. The job was done yesterday and the technicians did an excellent job and I am nothing less than extremely satisfied with their job performance and end result. Company sent out a tech same day, late afternoon, the day I called. All the other companies I called said we can get to you in a day or two. 3 ton needed a new capacitor. Unfortunately they couldn’t get to the repair for 3 days. Our house upstairs got to 94 degrees and the entire family and dog had to sleep downstairs for 3 days. It was tough, but we managed. Sergio came back and did the repair 3 days later and did a great job. Sergio was very friendly and was greatly skilled. Will use this company again if it is ever necessary. 4 stars because we had to wait 3 days for the repair.

Never fulfilled on the promise. I know it’s been a while. But they never came thru on this.

Just got my old A/C serviced on my new house, was nervous because some companies might try to find a way to sell a new unit. Not these guys! My tech Sergio did a super thorough inspection and was honest, said my unit was running great after all these years! I feel confident that when it’s time to replace or maintenance, I’ll definitely be choosing Expert HVAC from now on! Awesome customer service, professional and knowledgeable!

I had hope that a company like this would've been more knowledgeable but it didn't seem that way. They never fixed my issue, I had told the technician about what I had been observing and that I saw some codes on my unit and everything but he kept saying everything was okay. My HVAC works fine for only the first couple of days after he came and did minimal stuff and then again it doesn't reach the temperature and it stops cooling. It just seemed not interested to look more in depth about the issue. Also, it's hard to know if they would come after making the appointment through phone, because there's no courtesy to call or confirm the day of the appointment. They just have you waiting, I'm not sure if they would've come if I wouldn't have called them.

We had Expert HVAC install two units at our house years ago and they're still running PERFECTLY. We just had them out for the routine maintenance and dealing with them is so easy, straightforward, and the work is always top quality! Thanks for keeping us cool, or warm, whatever we feel like at the time!

Excellent customer service, prices, and fast service. I love that the techs are very knowledgeable on explaining what issue the ac unit has in detail as well as the solution. As odd as this sounds lol the polar bear on your vans on my way to work constantly caught my attention and once I looked up your reviews and being part of the best of el paso like my business,I knew I found my new hvac company. I highly recommend them and the option to pay for services over time is even better 🐻‍❄. Definitely give them a call for service.

My house was built with only one unit when it actually needed two. These guys did the hard work of adding another unit with so much diligence, patience, and kindness. They explained everything they needed to do. They encouraged questions and transparency. I couldn’t be happier with their work. I’m genuinely impressed.

The service of monthly maintenance was quickly and very professionally. They also changed my air filters. The supervisor did give me a quote on cleaning the air ducts. The tech guy and the supervisor gentlemen did a good job in receiving my payment and bringing back my change. I would recommend the prevention services for three years.

Our AC went out in our apartment more than 2 weeks ago. Our landlord hired this company for the repairs. Tech informed us the blower went out on the unit and parts needed to be ordered. I had to initiate all communication. I had to call to confirm my work order was approved. I had to call to verified if the part(s) were ordered. I had to call to check the status of the ordered part(s). I had to call to see if they received the part(s). I had to call to see when the tech would be back out. Finally, I was given a time frame between 8-12PM Thursday. It’s now 4:42PM. Between my partner and I, we have called 4 times begging for an ETA, repeatedly being told to wait another hour, then another hour, then another hour. At one point we were told the tech was actually onsite working on another apartment in our little complex which turned out to be a lie. I went outside to an empty parking lot, no work truck to be found. Where I had it was when the dispatcher Marcella hung up on my partner when he asked for her to call the tech for an ETA. Both the dispatcher and the office manager Sandra were unprofessional, incompetent, and indifferent to my lost time and discomfort. She even encouraged me to file a complaint with my landlord (which I did) and now I’m here writing this review. They called me back by the end of the day to let me know the tech would not be making the appointment and they’ll be there the next day first thing in the morning. Let’s see what happens.

Update: Let me be clear, the tech Sergio and the two guys with him are very polite and knowledgeable. No gripes there. They did show up exactly at 8 and worked hard to fix my AC unit. I was very happy to receive a follow up call from Eric who apologized for what happened the day prior and wanting to see if my AC was still ok. Nice save guys but, just a suggestion, get different people to run the office.

Very satisfied with installation of mini-split in garage. Jerry and his mechanical team did an excellent job, clean and organized, detailed work finish. Electricians were efficient and detailed. Eric (owner) was extremely professional and gave me a great price (3 other estimates) and I am so pleased that I chose this company. Highly recommend.
