We have had our share of A/C problems over the years and have had service with various companies in El Paso. Ignitify HVAC has come out to service our downstairs and upstairs units on two different occasions. They have been the most honest, reliable, and trustworthy company. They were fast, dependable, and very professional. We have finally found a company we can rely on and have already recommended them to family and friends. Cannot recommend them enough!

Had a great experience with Randy, a service tech/supervisor that came out on a 24 hour availability call. Was very thorough in his explanations in what our unit needed and worked with us to find a new unit in our price range. Highly recommend!

Definitely best experience I have had with a cooling/heating company. Appointment was made after hours and set for the following day, great communication, extremely fair prices, and their consult fee is deducted from maintenance fee if you choose to use them to resolve issue.Both Leeroy and his manager were friendly and happy to answer all my questions.

Got refrigerated cooling system installed earlier this year (July) and just recently had the heater maintenance done for the changing of the season/temperature. Efficient and able to accommodate to time frames that best work for you when faced with unforseen circumstances.

If you are looking for an HVAC company I highly recommend Ignitify! The technicians were very polite and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had. They were also very transparent when it came to pricing and explaining the whole process. I had no issues scheduling an appointment and they were very prompt to come out and fix the issue.

Avoid this company at all costs. We called Ignitify on a Sunday and were charged $195 for an “after-hours” visit where the technician diagnosed the issue but couldn’t fix anything. We were then told if we wanted service on the next day, Labor Day it would cost $395. In the end, the problem couldn’t even be fixed until Tuesday, when the normal rate would have been $95. Had they been upfront, we would have waited and avoided wasting hundreds of dollars.

To make matters worse, when we expressed frustration, the Operations Manager, Randy Bustillos called and later emailed us. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, he defended their “policies,” refunded the $195 only “as a courtesy,” and told us their business “may not align with our expectations.” In other words, they hide behind rigid fee structures, charge outrageous prices for no solutions, and dismiss valid customer concerns with sarcasm and arrogance.

This company does not value its customers, only their bottom line. If you don’t want to be overcharged, misled, and disrespected, stay far away from Ignitify.

If i could give a million gold stars I would! Randy and his team are always so amazing! They installed an AC for us back in Summer of 2023. Not only were they very helpful and trustworthy in that process, but they were top notch professional. Since then anytime our family has needed anything they continue to give phenomenal service ❤️! I want to start off by saying this was my first experience with this company. I called to have a smart thermostat installed, and Jerry (the technician) showed up and installed everything very timely. After the installation, the system was not turning on and off properly. So Jerry took the initiative and looked at my unit, both inside and outside my house to solve the issue. Keep in mind, this issue was completely unrelated to what the service call was for. Jerry went above and beyond to figure out what was going on and determine why my unit wasn’t turning on. Jerry was an absolute sweetheart, he was very thorough, and answered every question I had. Not to mention, very patient, and wanting to solve the problem. I am honestly very very very happy with the way things were handled. Jerry, you’re an absolute treasure and Ignitify, you guys are amazing. 10/10.
