Alamo provided a quick response and the technician was friendly, professional, punctual, and flexible with scheduling. He was able to find a temporary solution until the parts for our heater came in, and was able to expedite the shipping of the part. We felt very confident in his services and would definitely recommend the company.

This summer, with such high temperatures in El Paso, Tx staying at home with the A/C not running is hard and unpleasant. So, I ckecked several HVAC repair companies reviews and chose ALAMO HVAC, LLC. I called them, and Mr Jorge Alamo came that same day, early Friday, he diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, explained what was wrong, how he fixed it and waited to make sure the A/C was working properly. While looking into one issue, he found all the issues that needed to be addressed. He told me what he was going to do and how much it would cost. Jorge was very polite, knowledgeable, and patient.

I called Jorge in the middle of the longest heatwave on record cause my a/c was blowing hot air. Despite having a full schedule he was at my home 20 minutes later. Multiple parts were out on my old unit and Jorge and his team came back each and every time to make sure my a/c was working properly and my family was comfortable. Issues all fixed in a single day. On a weekend! Extremely nice, professional, knowledgeable and transparent. You don’t get this kind of service every day. Thank you!

I highly recommend using Alamo HVAC services. They responded quickly. Adrian the technician was great! He is polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. My AC had not been working for 2 weeks despite other people coming to “fix it.” However, when Adrian arrived he instantly knew what what was the issue and he had everything fixed and installed within half a day. I highly recommend Alamo HVAC. I called them about 10:30 AM and they were at my house by 1:00 PM. I described the issue I was having to the technician, Adrian, and within minutes he had my unit up and running. He was in and out within 15 minutes, and the entire experience was easy all things considered. I'd like to point out that Adrian was also professional and courteous. I hope I don't need their services in the future, but if I do, I will definitely be giving them a call back.

I called Alamo after my A/C system stopped working, and their technician Adrian arrived the same day to inspect and resolve the issue. My unit was frozen so he had to leave and come back, and he still got it working the same day. They were very communicative, keeping me updated through text. They were very professional, reliable, and one of the best companies I’ve worked with here in El Paso. I appreciated that Adrian explained the issue to me and took photos so that I understood. I plan to recommend this company to everyone I know who’s having HVAC issues.

Great service overall! My A/C started blowing warm air the day before and I called Alamo HVAC early morning the next day. Jorge and his team did an amazing job converting my elderly parent’s house from a legacy swamp cooler to a refrigerated system. They worked fast and did amazing clean work. They explained the thermostat operation to my parents and included a 1 yr of filters. I was beyond impressed. Very reasonably priced.

Well, I usually do not leave reviews but Alamo is an exception. I'm truly satisfied with their service. He visited my house in an hour after i called for my non working ac during a hot day. He checked meticulously in and out of house and offered different options. Installation was done right next day ON TIME. I am 100% recommending Alamo with their great service.

I had Alamo install two AC conversion units at my mother's home. One installed in the spring of 2023 and the other in the spring of 2024. Both units have been working great. This a very professional and knowledgeable group of technicians that work diligently to get the job done. Their pricing is reasonable and their customer service is excellent.

While on the search for someone who could do an emergency repair on one of my inoperative A/C units for my two-level home, I went on a search for a local well reviewed specialist that could assist. I found Adrian with Alamo Hvac. I requested a quote via their online application. The online quote process was simple and as my request was made late in the day, after business hours, they contacted me early the next morning…seemed as if this was done as soon as they opened. Arrangements were made to meet with in the hour that same day. My issues were discussed, recommendations were made with extensive knowledge regarding the root of the issue and the necessary means to rectify. Everything was explained in detail which I appreciated very much. Adrian was extremely knowledgeable, professional and understood my urgency during these extremely hot days, which would only get worse as my family and I already attempted to sleep in an internal temp of 89 degrees the previous night. Repairs were made bright and early the next day, not even 90 minutes to replace the entire external condenser unit with a brand better than the generic stock unit that came with the house upon purchase. It was up and running in no time. A big THANK YOU to Adrian and his crew for addressing my emergency. As this was an emergency due to the heat, Alamo Hvac was the first to respond out of 3 other well reputable and reviewed companies…even up until now I haven’t heard from the other 2. Alamo Hvac has earned my loyalty going forward due to their professionalism, response to urgency and competitive pricing.

Side note: I have had 2 other companies reference non existent issues in order for me to pay for a full HVAC replacement. I am blessed to have waited on accepting the other offers in place of Alamo Hvac as they identified and repaired the issue in less time than I spent talking to the “Competitors”. I was completely impressed with everything about Jorge Alamo and Alamo HVAC. Called them this morning and he was at my house within the hour. He had the unit repaired and running in under 15 mins. Professionalism and expertise at it's finest. I will be contacting only them from now on and recommending them whenever the opportunity arises.

Hello Everyone, if you have A/C problems call Alamo HVAC ASAP. I called and spoke to Jorge. He said he could have someone out in 30 minutes. In less than 30 minutes Adrian arrived at my house. I explained the problem. He tested the suspected electral part. Part was verified bad. He replaced it and my A/C started working great again. These guys are fast and efficient. Thank you Jorge and Adrian. July and August are the worst months for the A/C to stop working. I'm sure you guys are very busy. Thank you for fitting me in and getting my A/C back up and running!
