I rarely post reviews on google but I had to rate this business! With days being hotter than they have ever been and my a/c out with small children in the house and every other company estimating that they would be more than a week out I called Apex Refrigeration. They were at my home that same day fixing my unit. A technician from a reputable company that shall not be named said it was a leak and my whole system would have to be replaced. Within an hour of getting to my home and looking at my unit they had it figure out! A multi thousand dollar quote turned out to be a bad condensation pump! My applause to Jesus Solis and his teams honesty to not only get my unit fixed and my cool but for their honesty and fair pricing! A company I recommend to anyone who ask! Thank you Apex from both me and my family! Life savers! Definitely give them a call!

My air conditioner has been out of service for longer than it should be because my appointments that keep getting set between 3-8 either happen too late for the worker to work or there is no “work order” even though I have emails and order numbers. Staff is rude as well. Would not recommend

Deceptive and Unreliable HVAC Service

I am extremely disappointed with this company that falsely claimed they serviced my units, only to discover that they did not. This has been a frustrating experience, and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter to prevent others from falling into the same trap. I never leave reviews but this was a horrible experience. We ended up having one of our units compressor completely go out due to their lack of experience. When putting freon they failed to check inside the unit and test the pressure of which they clearly would have seen had a puncture.

First and foremost, the company's dishonesty is utterly unacceptable. I initially contacted then through our homeowners insurance for a unit that was not cooling, then after I thought they fixed it, I scheduled them for HVAC maintenance and to replace contact/connector, they assured me that they would thoroughly inspect and service my other 2 units. They failed to arrive on promised date and then finally showed up a day later after multiple unanswered calls/texts. They stated we needed a new compressor after they should have noticed this the first time around when freon was leaking. Luckily, we were referred to another HVAC company, upon close inspection, it became evident that no work had been done at all- contact/connector not replaced or any service to units. The filters were still dirty, and there were visible signs of neglect on all the 3 units.

Not only did the company fail to deliver the promised service, but their customer service was also abysmal. When we reached out to express concerns and disappointment, all they said was “sorry”. Really? Oh and that they don’t replace filters with maintenance. What? So glad we did no proceed in purchasing compressor and other items needed to fix our unit(s).

Additionally, the deceptive tactics employed by this company reflect a lack of integrity. It is deeply troubling that they would intentionally mislead customers into believing they had received the necessary HVAC service. This level of dishonesty undermines the trust that customers should have in service providers.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this HVAC company to anyone. Their false claims, poor customer service, and lack of professionalism make them an unreliable choice for HVAC services. I urge others to seek a reputable and trustworthy company that values honesty and customer satisfaction. Beware of this company. Over promise and under deliver. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Beyond happy with this company. Office staff very nice and professional. Also technician amazing on how they explained everything and showed me what was wrong with unit.

Súper great company and excellent service. I had issues with my refrigeration and both guys who came didn’t leave until they made sure that it was fixed. They were very detailed in explaining what the issues were. I would definitely recommend this company, you won’t regret it!

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with this company. They claimed to have fixed my air conditioner, but after multiple visits, my AC still does not work and the problems have only gotten worse. It’s been over two weeks without air conditioning, and because of their negligence, my children have become sick from the unbearable heat and lack of ventilation in our home.

The technician constantly shows up around 8:00 p.m. when it’s already dark, which makes it nearly impossible for him to see what he’s doing or properly diagnose the issue. Every time, he insists the problem is “fixed,” yet the very next day the AC either doesn’t turn on at all or blows hot air. It’s clear that the job has never been done correctly from the start.

To make matters worse, when I called the company again to follow up, I simply said my name and they hung up on me immediately without a word or any concern whatsoever. When I called back, I was met with rude attitude, unprofessional behavior, and zero accountability. Not only have they failed to fix the issue, but their customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

This company has shown no honesty, professionalism, or respect for their customers. They repeatedly waste time, give excuses, and refuse to take responsibility for their poor work. A legitimate and reputable business would have inspected the system properly during daylight, communicated respectfully, and ensured the repair was complete not left a family suffering in the heat for weeks.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been so horrible that I feel obligated to warn others. Do not use this company under any circumstances. They are dishonest, careless, and unprofessional. Save yourself the money, the stress, and the headache go to a company that actually values its customers and does the job right.

Beware, called them and got disconnected, now I've been receiving non-stop spam calls.

Always quick to respond and repairs what's needed and is on his way.
