We had our HVAC cut off randomly during a 100+ degree day. We called about 10 other companies and had no luck. We decided to give Ignitify a shot and they sent out Leeroy. Leeroy was prompt, friendly, very helpful. They helped us out completely and got our AC going again. I’ll be using them from now on and recommending them to friends and family.

Leroy! I am a commercial contractor with a lot of experience but little time. Ignitify is everything their reviews say they are. Professional and courteous in every way. So I knew there were only a few possibilities for our condensing unit problem and Leroy made all the right moves to rule out every other possible issue. Randy and crew at Ignitify did it again!
Excellent customer service, install of equipment, replacement of a 13 year old 40 Gal water heater, has a busted tank. Ignitfy installed an outdoor tankless water heater. My family and I are again, very happy with the quality of the install and unit, and unit performance, thanks Randy and Ignitify crew!

Randy and crew did an awesome job from start to finish, with a replacement of my old HVAC /Furnace system. Excellent customer service, the quality of the install, all the way to the cleanup. Very happy with the install and unit performance.

This was my first experience with Ignitify, although I had known of the company for some time. It was a very good experience and the tech, Omar, was superb. He was courteous, competent and walked me through the process like a champ. I am very grateful that Ignitify was able to help out today. My husband has Alzheimer's and it is extremely difficult to change his routine. If I had had to take him to my sister's for the day and overnight, he would have become totally disoriented and agitated. This saved me much stress and anxiety.
I was also very pleasantly surprised and exceedingly grateful for the discount we received as well. I will be in touch in order to become a client that will sign up for the yearly maintenance plan.
I will refer Ignitify whenever I hear of anyone with a problem with an HVAC unit.

All I can say is that Randy and Jackie took real good care of me and made feel like like I was a part of the family. I needed a new HVAC system installed so I could sell my home. Being overseas for the military it and getting the run around from so many other companies it was hard to find someone to trust. After finding them and telling them my situation, they were fast an efficient and had the new system installed in less than a week and was able to sell my home on the projected closing date. Thank you guys once again for keeping your word and being fast and reliable.

I called the Ignitify for HVAC servicing. Leeroy called to let me know he was able to come earlier than expected, which was good. He was polite, experienced, and transparent of every process and pricing before he start. He explained everything, fixed it quickly, and made sure it worked perfectly before leaving. He answered all of my questions and was professional the entire time. One note is that Ignitify does charge seperate Low Voltage Diagnastic fee of $225, which is a seperate charge from A/C service call charge that was waved.

Our technician Oscar is awesome. He got the work done quick and definitely knows what he is doing. Great skill and great communicator.

This HVAC company is the real deal. I called to schedule a visit to check my HVAC unit and company had a tech at my house in 2 1/2 hours. It was not an emergency in my case but I did want the issue looked at ASAP before possibly getting worse. My tech Jerry was knowledgeable and professional from start to finish and explained what the problem was , gave me a quote and started repairs immediately. He checked the system to make sure everything was working properly before leaving the property. Recommended Ignitify HVAC for any Air conditioner work.

Excellent service from technician, Adrian. He was knowledgeable and efficient. He shared results and answered all of my questions. His inspection included both indoor and outdoor components of my heating/cooling unit. He cleaned all areas around the unit and left the area spotless. He was very professional throughout this service call.

I contacted Ignitify because of how much they support local organizations (I am a cat lady, so after Mandarin Retreat 🐈 recommended them, I knew they were a local company I can trust). Price was very good (I was able to take advantage of their promotion); Adrian Martinez (the tech) was very friendly and was able to answer all of our questions.
After the PM we had some recommendations for our HVAC system, we were not able to afford the extra service today… but we will be calling them in the future to address the recommendations for sure!

My family and I had a wonderful experience working with Ignitify. Beginning with the techs who kindly assisted my elderly mother. We ended up having to install a whole new furnace as ours was 25 years old. The company was prompt and facilitated installing the new furnace quickly. They also problem solved with us for payment options that made sense given my long distance circumstances. Thanks go to Randy Montes for his assistance through this.
