Amazing service didnt push or force any work done but did the most possible to figure out the problem and even did extra by fixing the loose door that led to the furnace omar did amzing truly ignitfying

Sergio came after hours to service our down AC unit on a very hot day. He was courteous and very professional. He explained everything clearly and soon had our AC working again. I was very impressed with the great service Sergio provided and the other folks I spoke to as well. I will gladly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service.

Tech was here for less than an hour. He fixed problem by replacing a bad compressor switch. He charged $368. No up front problem description or cost warning. The switch sells for under$30. Feel scammed. I am a disabled 75 yr. Senior on social security.

This was the first time that i have used this company and they were super accommodating. Even though they are based in El Paso, and the place i needed to be serviced was in Alamogordo, they were able to fit me in within the same week. I mainly spoke to Rebecca and let me tell you she is amazing.

The worker that came to my house was professional and curious to my concerns of my AC unit. She troubleshoot the issue I identified what was going on an repaired the issue on the spot. I appreciate her service. ❤️

Expert HVAC installed a new unit on the roof. It was done on time and very efficiently. The price was right, and the people were professional and courteous.

What felt like the hottest day of the year at about 1pm in the afternoon my AC stopped working and I was desperate to get it fixed as soon as possible due to having a newborn that I needed to keep cool. Almost everywhere I called they were either unprofessional or done working for the day and couldn’t help me. Then I came across Expert HVAC, I was already defeated but to my surprise they had someone over as soon as possible. They thoroughly troubleshooted, found the issue and even cleaned my AC unit out and educated me on what I can do to prevent this from happening in the future. 10/10 would recommend this company. The technicians were also very understanding and even worked through the relentless heat in my home until they got the job DONE. I hated El Paso but it’s service like this that makes me reconsider staying here!

Expert HVAC was able to squeeze us in same day. Michael who serviced our AC, found the problem, fixed it and got our house cool again was awesome. He was able to fix our AC same day. Thanks for having a great Technician. We appreciated his professionalism and helpfulness.

Good service; however, we had to wait over a week for a back ordered part. It would have been good to hear from the office about the back ordered part, instead of my having to call the office to ask what the delay was. Other than that, the experience was good.
