Had initially submitted an online request for an appointment due to my AC short cycling. Hadn’t received a call back by the 2nd day so I called and left a voicemail before open hours to give it another chance as my AC stopped cooling and I needed help ASAP. I then received a call within the hour to make an appointment and go over the AC problem. Another hour later, Adrian showed up at my door ready and willing to take care of the problem. AC was frozen solid and needed Freon. Ok no problem. He filled it up and he noticed the motor was not working as well as it should. I moved in less than a year ago and I know the previous owners were not up to date with the required maintenance. He checked for any AC warranty and of course my warranty ran out. So now I needed a motor. With no other options, I trusted Adrian and had a new motor installed. After working on my AC for about 5 hours, my AC is back up and running perfectly. Adrian was respectful, responsive, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I thought the price to fix everything was a little much however, I am sitting quite comfortably on my couch with the AC working as it should. I have Adrian and Alamo HVAC on speed dial with no hesitation or question on calling on them for any further issues. I’m also ready to immediately recommend their services. Jorge was a great help for many years since I been a homeowner. He’s professional and very knowledgeable about any and all issues I have experienced. He guided me today on a power issue when I was trying to upgrade my thermostat. Awesome company!

I contacted them Sunday night because my AC had gone out. They were there to diagnose the problem the very next morning and were able to get the parts to repair it within 24 hours of diagnosing the problem. Awesome customer service and really professional techs make it very easy for me to call them again if I ever have issues and to recommend to anyone I know.

Installation was mediocre at best. The crew left a lot of holes in the roof that lead to leaks later on. Mike has been unresponsive to my AC issues lately and does a poor job with paperwork, ie warranties, invoices, etc.

Had Jesus come out and check our two single units. He explained everything that needed to be done and asked for approval to move forward. Units were up and running within 45 minutes. Totally recommend this business and Jesus.

My washer broke and my apartment sent Apex out to get it fixed, Elu M was great! They were really friendly and everything was taken care of super fast, I didn’t have to worry about running out of laundry at all.

Choice Home Warranty arranged for Apex to send electrician, but they never showed up on the day of the appointment. I placed claim for home electrical issues. Choice sent me email with name of Apex HVAC and Refrigeration with phone number in El Paso, Texas with appointment time and date. No one showed up. If owner has issue, he needs to speak with Choice and his person that set up appointment.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM PEOPLE OF EL PASO TX , BE CAREFUL !!! Still had to get a different company to fix everything they did. Im only putting all stars to spread the message and assist hard working people to avoid thieves like this.

So I recently hired this company on the 8 of june 2023 to do repairs on my AC unit. First starting with the diagnostic of the system. This company did not show up on time at all. The contractor JESUS SOLIS ALONG WITH ELU stated that their is a leak in the system based on my information. I explained had to refill the refrigerant in the system before. They charge me a total of 891 dollars to fix leaks and repairs. I agreed expecting results but was sadly mistaken. This company didn’t fix anything and basically stole my money. The labor and warranty is not even worth your money because they offer a 30 day warranty for labor and parts. Once we explained our issues they stated it would be more money to fix what they did. In other words they do not own up to the warranties either. They tried to claim they will fix our issues and stated that we was the problem as well. Within Three days I had to call this company back with issues and was worst off than I started. After confronting this company about everything they started to act as if I didn’t know what I talking about. This company is a SCAM , WASTE OF YOUR EFFORTS and mostly importantly your MONEY. PEOPLE OF EL PASO TX BECAREFUL!!! DONT DO BUSINESSES WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONALS FIXING YOUR AC UNIT.
