I recently completed a long-planned HVAC upgrade and specifically sought out a Rheem or Ruud Pro Partner. Ultimately, I chose Ian and his team at Longhorn Maintenance Heating & Cooling—and I’m very glad I did.

From the very beginning, they provided outstanding service: not only did they offer exactly the system I requested, but they also introduced me to an option I wasn’t aware existed—one that perfectly suited my needs and included features I hadn’t considered.

Ian arranged a custom‑order for one of Rheem’s new side‑discharge R‑454B Prestige‑Series heat pump systems to fit the side of my home and still allow me use of the walkway.

Their proposal stood out from every other contractor’s. It was the most detailed quote I received, clearly outlining everything I requested from system brand, model, size, the newest R-454B refrigerant and efficiency, to ancillary components, relocation and labor, so there were no surprises or guesswork.

Their pricing was fair and perfectly aligned with my predetermined budget. It struck the ideal balance between value and quality.

​I cannot recommend this service highly enough! The team was incredibly determined and persistent in diagnosing the issue with my furnace, which was a huge relief. They didn't give up until they figured out exactly what was wrong.

​What truly set them apart was their communication; I was frequently updated on their progress and what they were doing next, which kept my mind at ease.

​In addition to their technical expertise, the staff was punctual, nice, and cordial throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Unprofessional and incompetent. I was told it was too much of an inconvenience to go pick up their van and come check my a/c. Then, no call no show when they said they would come out.

Had my refrigeration unit serviced the tech was very professional and polite in checking in detail anything that may need replacing all was good gave the unit a good cleaning . before he left he made sure to leave his working area clean. Thank you so much

My wife and I made an appointment to have someone come by and take a look at our system. She got a text from someone named Steven saying he could come by the following day between 12-4.
No one showed up. No follow-up text or phone call, nothing.

This company is wonderful. During this heat wave most companies are booked way out, but Steve made room for us within 24 hours. The technician was great. He repaired our compressor after the last guy from another company said we'd need a new one. In fact the other guy re wired our system wrong, so the technician from Air Comfort fixed it! Air Comfort was a referral to us and we'll definitely refer them to others. Professional, timely, courteous, honest and hard working when it's 109 degrees out. WOW!

Highly recommend. I called around lunch on a Saturday and they were able to come out within just a few hours and diagnose the issue quickly. The gentleman was very polite and didn't BS. He answered my questions without hesitation. 10/10, will definitely be only using this company if I have any issues in the future.

I certainly recommend them, when I needed them they answered the phone right away. I called them at 7am and Jorge answered the phone. They were at my door by 8am fixing my ac repair. Even though what they did on that day worked for one day, my AC broke down again. I called them again and they were able to get all the supplies on time for the next day. They came in and got straight to work and finished installing everything, and about 4 hours later they were finished. They are good and fast at what they do.
