We're do I start! The AC unit they installed didn't last the winter and they had to come out and service it 3 times and the last time they came out it caught fire and would have burned my house down had it not been for us taking action! Then 2 months after they replaced the unit caught fire again. Once again it was due to poor workmanship and institution. The second time it was only an electrical fire unlike the first time with the insulation fire. It's been about a year and all of a sudden the unit is not working again. Never using this company ever again

My thermostat went bad and my AC wouldn't turn on, I called them few times around 9:00 pm and no answer. However, next morning they called me back, scheduled a visit for later that day, they showed up on time, replaced the thermostat and resolved the issue. All of this under warranty. Communication was awesome via text messages.

My grandmas house has been at a freezing 67 degrees. I feel like an idiot having entrusted omega for our hvac company, soooo many issues have come up with my unit- in the summer I was left in unbearing heat and now in freezing nights- house does not warm up at all- this was something I wanted to take care of for my grandma so that life would be made easier for her and my babies. We were cooler and warmer with her evaporated cooler and regular heater. If I could choose no stars I would 😔 during the summer my mom stood outside their office just to get someone’s attention since they didn’t answer me after the install and it was not cooling then, I understand they get busy however if the units were just installed right the first time we would not need to call or complain. Hence my grandma is 90 years old, I’ve been having to boil water to warm up the home. I’m sick of this!!!

I just got a new unit monts ago and it broke already. On December 4th they started with the repairs, but have to wait long for parts and when finally today December 16 they came with the part, another part has to be ordered!!! Temperatures are dropping and my family and pets are paying for it.

I paid for my AC unit to be replaced. It was expensive, but It came with a longer warranty then the competitors. However 14 months into later. Stop blowing cool air and started making wierd sounds. I call them multiple times and they don't answer the phone. I left voice mails and after weeks of blowing up thier phone. They finally sent some one out. He said there was nothing wrong with the system and then it quit working again on a day when it was 100°. They sent out another text he identified the issue. Said he would go see if they have the part. Now they are screening my calls. Do yourself a favor and use a different company if you need a ne AC installed.

I had a new HVAC system installed in July of 2025 for a little over 11k (paid in full at time of service). Omega was unable to properly install it, so it continued to not be operational, or only intermittently operational until September. It took repeated visits from various technicians, the contractor, and the manufacturer's representative. Each time we were given a different reason why it wasn't function, and their "fix" which never truly fixed it. By September it (mostly) was functional, although it still will freeze up if the outdoor temperature gets too high. Additionally, it makes a hideous vibrating sound that makes one room unusable. They "forgot" to add some padding to stop the vibration, but even when they did it is still much louder than my old, worn out condenser unit. They periodically would come out, now they just advise to turn it off, let it thaw, and then turn it on again. My biggest issue now is that after months of requests, they are still unwilling to provide me with an itemized invoice. I would settle for any invoice at this point if itemizing it is too hard (really though??), but they have refused. I or my husband are told they are "trying" to locate it to send it. I have filed a complaint with the TDLR, but I warn any potential customers to beware. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

My a/c system from home stopped working and I right away reached out to the best A/C company in town (E.P. Omega Air Conditioning). They dispatched Technician Eric to diagnose my a/c system. He arrived early Thursday morning and right away advised me of why my a/c system stopped working. My blower motor gave out. I was advised by the front desk clerk that the part would take a few business days for it to arrive. Eric went above and beyond by doing a temp repair so that my family and I wouldn’t suffer over the weekend in this crazy El Paso weather till part arrived. Part arrived today. Technician Eric was dispatched to remove and replace the blower motor. Very quick and efficient work. My A/C system is working better than before. I highly recommend you going with Omega for any a/c issues you may encounter. Trust me you will be one satisfied customer like myself. They are very friendly, reliable, communicative, attentive, quick, and take great pride in the work they provide. Excellent service! Very friendly and had a quick response. We were having issues with our thermostat but Eric was able to assess the issue quickly and cleared out the clog. Great customer service! Highly recommend the service and will be scheduling our yearly maintenance in 2026.

They installed our refrigerated air and furnace last May. It's been nothing but great !
They returned in February to follow up on the equipment to make sure everything is going well.
Eric came to check everything and everything was good. He was informative and attentive.

Highly Recommend! We have used Longhorn Maintenance for a variety of things. Twice a year they provide maintenance on our heaters, and have fixed multiple heaters as well. They have repaired the AC units on top of our warehouse. I have also personally had Ian and his crew install refrigerated air at my grandmas house. Longhorn Maintenance always does the job correctly. They use the right kind of materials for the job, and since they do not cut corners, you will definitely have peace of mind when they are finished. I honestly have no reason to use any other company than Longhorn Maintenance and Cooling because they always do what they say they are going to do!
