DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company is on it when coming to install new units and take your money and then just like many other comments have mentioned, they GHOST you. My downstairs unit has had problems since install, the condensation pump has been changed a total of 3x, now I need a 4th change. I made numerous appointments last summer for the pump to be fixed and when I kept getting no-showed I gave up because it was already getting cold out. This summer I’ve made over 3 appointments and have been no-showed every time. I have taken days off of work to wait around all day for someone to show up on appointment days and they never do. I’ve texted, emailed, called, and used their website to get someone to my home- NOTHING! Without the condensation pump, the entire unit shuts down. Both my units are leaking and have rust and build up all inside of them, it’s ridiculous. Do not use them unless you want to be baking in your own home, have water damage and broken units!

I had called several heating and cooling services, and when Gonzales heating and cooling came, I knew then that they were the one the representative Christian Lazcano was very helpful, explained everything and answered all my questions when the crew arrived to install my heater and AC they were very professional and quick. Their work is second to none and the warranty was awesome. The unit itself the AC unit all summer. My bill was less than half to half of what my friends were paying for their AC bill so the AC that I was recommended was awesome. I would highly recommend Gonzales heating and cooling on a sidenote the AC that was installed was a two stage AC unit.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My mother and father-in-law who are both elderly. Had an HVAC system installed about 14 months ago in their home. They were advised that it came with a 10 year full warranty. After about a year, the AC system was only blowing out hot air so they contacted the company for them to come out and fix it under warranty. When they called, they were advised that they no longer worked on residential HVAC systems. That they would have to find another company to have the system looked at and fixed, with no assistance from this company. No reimbursement offered, even though the system was purchased with a full warranty, they would have to pay out-of-pocket on their own. If a company no longer provides a service but yet offered/provided a full warranty they responsible for any installs during that period. I have checked the website right before posting this review and its still lists that they provide installation of HVAC systems in residential homes. Company would not recommend this to anybody cause you will be swindled out of money and when an issue comes up, they wipe their hands of it.

Company installed 2 new units on my house. Process went pretty smooth. Good units at a good price. Installation went ok. Never came back to repair drywall that had to be cut. 2 years later had a unit that wasn't cooling. Called to make appointment and was told it would be three weeks before they could come. I felt this was a long time but wanted to have company who installed service the until. The day came and no one showed up. I waited weeks and took time off from work to be there. When called about it they saw the appointment but couldn't answer why the technician never showed. I waited 3 weeks! Called another company that came in a few days said that Gonzalez didn't solder a joint right. Cost me a thousand to have the coolant refilled. Never using Gonzalez again.

I’ve been a resident of El Paso for 15 plus years, and for every home I’ve lived in I had the pleasure of using Gonzalez heating and cooling. They provided a range of services whether it was simple maintenance or a complete system upgrade, I’ve never had a problem with their service. They always go above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with their services. I would recommend using them for any job big or small, I love supporting local businesses, Gonzalez heating and cooling is as local as it gets. 🎉

We purchased two new refrigerated air units for our house in 2021. The conversations we had regarding the quote were for the brand Trane, but they installed two Champion units instead. Be very careful with this company.

We purchases a unit in 2019 no problems, October 2020 called for maintenance and unit not working. They said they were backed up for a month and to call someone else. We got someone the same day and it turn out Gonzalez never turned in the 10 year warranty for the unit. So that’s why they didn’t want to service us.

I had a different HVAC company come look at my A/C unit. They recommended work that wasn’t necessary. I called Omega for a 2nd opinion & they got me up & running in hours saving me money & discomfort to my family in this El Paso heat. I highly recommend this company.

Omega Air is professional, and they get the job done. Had a complicated issue with my unit and even the owner came to my house to ensure everything was working properly and gave me his personal number in case I had any issues. The price and warranty cannot be beaten and we are enjoying our unit! Thank you Omega Air 😎

Very courteous and helpful...I messaged E.P Omega after experiencing some trouble with my air conditioning unit, they called me immediately and was able to schedule a service appointment for the same day. Eric the tech showed up within 30 min. or less. He listened to my concern and quickly got to work on diagnosing the problem. He took pictures and explaibed what he needed to do and gave an estimate of cost. After he completed the work he showed me pictures as well. I really like that he did that. I will definetly be reaching out to E.P Omega for regular maintenance or if any issue arise. 😊
