Very professional work and high quality materials. They arrived on the day of the appointment and promised to finish the heater and AC installation by end of day. They completed the work a few hours ahead of schedule and cleared out all the old equipment we no longer needed. They replaced our old vents with newer ones and we can definitely feel a difference in the amount of airflow to every room! Everything about the installation process and equipment was clearly explained and they answered every question we had. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for heating and cooling installation needs for their home.

I lucked into this company by doing a Google search for AC repair over the summer when my unit broke down in the “peak of heat” we all love and hate here in El Paso. Longhorn Maintenance had a lot of great reviews so I gave them a call. Ian showed up right on time, was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and completely prepared for the work that needed to be done on both of the AC units at my house. To be honest, the units are old and I really thought they were going to need to be replaced which I was dreading because of the expense that would be involved BUT to my surprise, Ian brought them both back to life and they work great! PLUS, the repairs were reasonably priced! No wonder this company gets such great reviews! I have found my forever AC/heating maintenance company and they have gained a loyal customer for life. Looking for AC maintenance and this business popped up with lots of positive reviews so I decided to give them a call. Abraham arrived at 4:55 pm to service my two AC units! They close at 5 pm but he still came by to take care of the units. He was very nice, professional and didn't try to hurry through the job. I will definitely be using this company in the future. Located in Horizon City as well so nice to be able to support hometown business.

Ian and his crew were amazing! Within a week troubleshooting old heating system led to purchase of new heating unit. As much as we hated spending the $$ having my mom stay warm while dealing with cancer and chemo and having snow predicted made for an easy decisions for that purchase! From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for going above and beyond to help keep us warm! I would 100% recommend this company without a doubt!!

Called this company based on reviews and did not disappoint. Ian answered the phone and asked me a few questions about what was going on with my system, then told me he would dispatch a tech within an hour.
The tech arrived well within the time that was said and performed various system checks and was able to fix the issue on the spot. He was friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable.

Had them come out on Dec 11th for an issue I had with my heater. They came out same day and proceeded to tell me that some insulation had fallen and that was causing my burning smell and my unit to cease working. 5 days later of them coming to check my unit, Saturday morning I noticed again the same burning smell. They are closed Saturday and Sunday so no worries I understand everyone has their schedule. I was pleased that Ian the owner called me promptly this morning at 8:03am to ask what the reason for my missed call was. Ian sent out the team right away to remedy the situation and was willing to work with my warranty that I have on my unit. My unit is fully functional as of now and Ian has provided me with clarity on what was performed and what warranty I have on the recently replaced parts. I recently had Longhorn Maintenance convert my house from Evaportive Coolers to refrigerated air. This was a tough decision due to the cost and the extent of the job. Ian and his team did a thorough assessment of the condition of my HVAC, and gave me the complete understanding and quote before I made a decision. I had three quotes, Longhorn M. was the only one that explained "in detail" the conversion process, equipment performance (Rheem), warranty advantage, and extent of duct work repair that was needed. His team was fast, professional and kept my house clean through the process. It was worth every penny.

The most professional HVAC company I've worked with. They provided me with a full diagnostics of my HVAC unit issues. Prior to calling them I had requested 3 service visits from other locally owned companies. After inspecting my unit, those competitors provided me with full unit replacement estimates, they said there was no other option. I have had a great experience with this HVAC company so far. I first called them maybe 2 or 3 years ago, and every time they are on time or early. They have helped with warranty claims in the past, and seem fairly priced. The work is fast, clean and professional. The office communicates efficiently, effectively and often!

I had an emergent water heater situation. I called in the morning and by midday I had a brand new water heater installed by friendly, customer service oriented, professional serviceman. I am very grateful for this company's willingness to extend themselves to serve their customers.

Our house is less than 5 years old and so far the ac has been repaired 3 times. This last repair was the compressor went out. The company I was using for warranty work said 3 months for the part. Another company told me 2 months. So we decided to get estimates for a new ac unit. I called Ian and told him the situation. He said, give me an hour. I thought he was getting an estimate for a new ac unit together. Shortly after an hour, he called back and said he has a compressor coming in from Phoenix and will be here in a week! Week later, part arrived on Thursday afternoon and Ian had the crew out on Friday for the repair. And he processed the part under warranty! Still pricey repair as the warranty doesn't cover the service or the refrigerant which is not cheap! At the cost of the refrigerant, I can see the swap cooler make a comeback!
