We needed the ceiling lights replaced. We had called a few electrician with no replie. We found that Innovative Trades, LLC was near the northeast. Called and received an appointment. I was sent a notice informing me of the appointment. Also, a picture of the electrician that will do the work and the time they would show. Electrician showed up at the right time and started to work removing the old light fixtures and replacing them with the new ones. The job was done to our satisfaction. The co-owner and crew was polite, professional. They took the time to explain the process and installation procedures. During the evening the microwave was used and the ceiling lights flickered. I repeated the the issue several times. Called Innovative Trades that night and left a message. I received a call the next morning. The co-owner and a co-worker showed up to check out the lights and discovered the LED bulbs were the problem. The all repair were completed in an outstanding manner. When you have electrical issues try Innovative Trades.

You get a text when your technician is on the way, along with a picture of who you’re expecting to arrive.
Chris R., Victor S., & Andrew E. came out to fix a few issues we were having & provided estimates that were also sent via email. Every time we’ve scheduled the technician has been great & been able to solve our issue. Definitely recommend them.
