The plumber took extra time to carefully find the buried sewer line, making sure not to dig up more of my yard than needed. The plumbing crew arrived right on schedule and used the backhoe carefully so nothing around the sidewalk got damaged. They even added an extra cleanout for me at no extra charge. Nicholas let me know about discount coupons I could use. When there was a small mistake on my bill, it was fixed right away after I sent a quick email. All my questions were answered, and they made sure to clean up the area before leaving.

If you need a plumber in El Paso, this is the team to call! I had a pressure tank burst under my house. I spoke with Brad late at night and explained the problem, and he was ready to come out right away. We agreed it would be fine for him to come the next day. The plumber arrived on time and worked steadily until the job was done. He did excellent work and left everything clean. The price was very fair. I’m so glad I found such a reliable plumbing service.

our family has called on Theodore & Sons Plumbing for a long time. they are always professional, friendly, and get the job done fast. brad, our plumber, did an excellent job putting in a new water heater for us after our old one broke down. he was easy to talk to and explained everything we asked about. our job also needed an electrician, and they recommended someone great. brad and the electrician worked together smoothly and finished everything quickly. the office team was also very helpful and answered our questions right away, making sure we felt comfortable that our plumbing problem would be fixed soon. i highly recommend them!
