I called for an appointment to set up an estimate for plumbing work for late in the morning the following day. Nobody showed up, I called to check an hour after the set up time. The lady answering the phone, tells me that they were running late. I asked why didn't they call to advise? She said she was about to call. Lady is really rude and asks a thousand questions, seems like I am calling 911 for a simple service call. Do not hire!

Waited all day for them to show. Didn’t show. When I called to find out what was going on they claimed to have called me to see if they could stop by. This did not happen. I have had my phone on ring all day, sitting right next to me. Lots of other little irritating things with these guys, but don’t really feel like wasting any more of my time on them. So... I’d recommend going somewhere else.

Set up an appointment with them and was told that they wouldn't be able to come out until the next week. A day before the set appointment, they called saying they would not be able to come until the following day. No one showed up at the new appointed time. They didn't even have the decency to call to tell us that they were not coming. Nacho and son has yet to return my calls. If I could, I would give ZERO stars.
