Showed up on time. Kept me update with travel time. Very clean. No mess even while it was raining. Explained very throughly what they would be doing and why. Very friendly and polite. Nacho and Son are the best plumbing business I have ever had to deal with. I wish them well in dealing with the negative public, but more than that I hope they stay around because I don’t want to have to search for someone else. Honest and hard working employees, I never feel like I got taken advantage of.

Jorge was very knowledgeable and respectful. He worked quickly and very respectful with my home and family. He was more than fair with price and worked quickly. Would definitely recommend this company and Jorge to work for any of my friends and family.

I woke up this morning to a busted water heater and water leaking everywhere. I called for repairs, Jorge and his associate were at my door within an hour. They inspected the boiler and confirmed it needed replacement due to its age.

They worked quickly and efficiently, and despite it being a Monday, both guys showed up upbeat, courteous, and in great spirits. I’ve hired them before, and they never disappoint. If you need the job done fast and done right, these are the guys to call.

From the phone call to the service excellent customer service. I called in the late morning and by 2 pm service was completed. Same day! Thank you bunches for a job well done. Jorge is very professional and asked what my concerns are. He fixed the problem and was very courteous.

I want to leave this review because I'm extremely happy with the service provided by Jorge from the Plumbing Doctor. As with it many plumbing problems, sudden issues come up at the worst time. I was expecting guests from out of town and suddenly all of the kitchen water from the sink and the dishwasher was pouring out into my cabinets and all over the floor. The 10-year-old garbage disposal had a big hole. The Plumbing Doctor came out when it was convenient for me and quickly fixed the problem by replacing the garbage disposal and ensuring always well with my sinks. I recommend them.

Had a backup in my kitchen drain on Saturday. My mom had a circular that they had left at our door. It was for The Plumbing Doctor. Called them and received a reasonable quote. They showed up and quickly determined the issue. They had to come back on Monday with the proper equipment but they quoted me a price and time. They showed up on time and in no time fixed the problem. Great service and wonderful technicians. I would highly recommend them.

Jorge provide superb service. He installed our sink and new faucet in a timely manner. He went far and above to ensure that both sink and faucet were secure and that there would not be any issues with leaks now or in the future. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, options available and how he would proceed based on what which path we decided to take. We have been calling on Plumbing Doctor for over 10 years and we their service is always top-notch!

I called and within 1-2 hours they were at my house and fixed the problem within 30 min! We had a blocked drain under our home causing sewage to back up out of stand pipe in our backyard. It’s draining great now! Thank you!

I called to have my sink unclogged & they came early and got the job done . I called them back the same day to help with the commode in my master bedroom and came back that same day to do the job. Great experience they explained in detail what was done.

Over priced and made a mess left it all on top of my roof

Told these guys I was having a back up in one of my bathrooms. They insisted on only needing my main clean out cleared. I insisted that that was not the problem because my other drains were good. They only did my main clean out and left. Did not fix the problem and still charged me for something I didn’t ask for.
